Said there was a missing part. I had to wait 2 1/2 weeks to get a replacement with out a dryer but had to call for help to change door. Liked the finished product.

Smooth delivery

Overall poor serivce

After drying a load, I found the hose detached and hot air blowing into my room. A simple check could have ensured this was installed properly. After bringing the unit upstairs, there was tape residue from the unpacking and the technicians didn’t have tools or the chemicals to clean it. Then, the team member did not have knowledge of the unit and didn’t sell the steam hose attachment for my specific dryer, so the installer didn’t provide one and they didn’t hook up what I didn’t order.
