The guys got right to work, and had things up and running in a matter of minutes. Cleaned up after themselves and were on there way in no time.

Milton and Fredy did a phenomenal jub installing the dryer and removing the old dryer. He even tested my old hoses and since i did not need new ones i was able to return the kit, saving me$$

Good job installing the dryer but watch the washer installation they forgot to connect the drain hose and flooded my house

I have not always had the best of luck with the installation services at Best Buy. Prior to this installation, we had a stove we purchased with haul away. The installation looked professional, and the services were promptly completed, but the installer had completely incorrect information and attempted to charge me 130.00 to install the appliance. After discussion, phone calls, and a call to his supervisor, the matter was corrected. For our new dryer, I mostly wanted the haul away, but the install came with it. The haul away was great (the old dryer disappeared), but the install was not accomplished. I was not there, and my brother let them in to our home. They unwrapped the dryer, plugged it in, and then did not attach the dryer vent. This is frustrating. After I called Best Buy to see what happened, it turned into a "he said," "she said" issue. It was just a dryer vent, I put it on myself. I would not recommend you have anything installed unless you can actually be there and can guide them. It seems that the last few times we have gone this route, the deliverers had incorrect or incomplete information.

The installers were quick and efficient. . Nothing was damaged, everything was cleaned up afterwards, and we are very happy with our product.

the unit had a large dent in the lower front of the appliance. The installer did take the time to come inside and measure the space for the dryer and recommended another unit instead.
