The delivery program sucks!

I gave them 2 stars because they did not have shoe covers and I had to have my carpet cleaned. The other deductions were not they’re fault (I don’t think it was) but corporate/schedulers completely failed in customer service and the delivery concept. It took weeks for my in-stock item to get delivered and I had to go thru too many unnecessary steps between corporate and 2 stores because of poor scheduling (apparently you can’t request a time in they’re 7 am-7pm window), logistics, and lies.
