Wish I could give it 5 stars, but I had to leave the 5th one off because the installation didn't get 100% completed. The dryer didn't get leveled while it was getting installed. It's nearly impossible to get to the feet of the dryer in order to level it better because the dryer is blocked in by 2 walls and the washer. It is pretty close to level and it seems to be working properly, so I'm not worrying about it too much.

The crew did a fantastic job installing our new washer and dryer. They were on time, fast and courteous.

The electric dryer installation went according to plan. The Best Buy delivery team were very careful and professional in their install. They took the dryer off the truck and cut the surrounding cardboard off in the driveway. We inspected to make sure no dents or scratches were visible. The team used belts around their waists to securely bring into the home. Put in place, added the three prong hookup and connected the dryer vent. Everything was perfect.

The technicians that delivered and installed the dryer were wonderful. They were prompt, careful, courteous, and worked very hard on the installation. I was very pleased with this installation.

Received early May 2024 with some damages. Dryer works well so we chose ro recieve credits towrd the cost

I paid for the professional installation and removal of my old dryer when I purchased my new LG electric dryer from Best Buy. The guys arrived on time and had me up and running within 15 minutes and install the steam kit as well. They had to remove and reinstall my laundry room door due to its narrow width but left the house without damage and clean.

This is a excellent product not only the way it works but the size. The person that came was professional and courteous. Gave a courtesy call right before coming as well.

Apparently there was no attachment in the wall vent to attach to the accessory we purchased with the dryer. Installers worked around this by inserting a metal tube in the vent and attaching the accessory to the tube with aluminum tape, advising us just to be sure not to move the dryer and hopefully everything would be fine. So far it's working great. I'm not sure about the technical terms but I believe this is what the situation was.

I was not sure about Best Buy for appliance install wen I made the purchase. As it turned out, the whole experience was positive. They came as scheduled, let me know they were on their way about 30 minutes ahead of time, and the install went very smoothly. The lead installer kept me informed as he progressed, was very respectful to me and my home, and treated the appliance as if it was really important to him to be installed in good condition and properly. He took the time to show how to work the unti as well.

The LG dryer is working well so far. The delivery and installation was easy and quick and I would recommend this service as they also took away the old dryer making the change hassle free.
