Professional installation

Frustrating Experience

We were the first appointment of the day on our scheduled day. The driver called and said he was 30 minutes away, when he had already decided to skip our house. An ENTIRE day on the phone later, I managed to get my appointment rescheduled for almost a full week later. Second appointment, the installer was very late. When they showed up, they couldn't open the door to the truck for almost 45 minutes due to loading it up incorrectly. Finally, the unit was installed and the dryer is running just fine. If I have equipment that needs delivered and installed, I will purchase from Home Depot or another vendor if at all possible. I did end up with a $50 gift card, but for all of the hassle and headache it took to reschedule the appointment (I was on hold a ridiculous amount of time, the call center was disorganized, and I was kicked off of hold several times) and that we and our tenants had to go an extra 8 days without a dryer, it was not worth it.

What a great experience
