    Technicians did a great job installing the Dryer. They took the time to make sure it was perfectly balanced so it would not vibrate.

    Had Bestbuy deliver which made my life easier. I had already removed my old machine so i just went ahead and placed the new one in without a hitch.

    Had to change delivery of dryer and washer twice, because of hurricane Irma.... once power restored, new delivery date sooner than expected and prompt. Pleasant install people!

    Ordered first week April 2024, delivered 4/12/24, quit working 4/14/24, called I-800-bestbuy and explained to them dryer quit working, we then started all over again 3rd week of April 2024, finally another new dryer installed May 1, 2024. So took almost a month to get a new working dryer. I have rewards money but not able to use on my account until I buy something else.

    THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND BECAUSE I HAVE LIMITED SPACE IN THAT AREA WANTED ME TO KNOW WHAT I COULD AND COULD NOT DO ONCE THE DRYER WAS SET.
