Incomplete Installation

I purchased a vent kit and the installers did not use it, they connected the dryer to the existing vent and took the vent that I purchased with them. Also I had to call Best Buy to have a team come back and connect the dryer correctly because the previous installers didn’t connect the steam dryer to the water source.
