They set up was great and the installation was very quick. I was very pleased.

It took 4 tries before we had the correct and working washer delivered to our home. Delivery windows were very vague (7:00am - 7:00pm) causing loss of work hours for 2 whole days. Delivery guys were awesome.

The 2 gentleman that delivered were fantastic, went above and beyond to get the dryer into the basement.......job well done.

Install was a bit sloppy and the installer left tape and glue all over the product. We did have them photograph and make a case which eventually did get resolved to my complete satisfaction. Installation is still a great option to someone not tech savvy.

Rating is going down. Still do not have both bases for washer and dryer. No issue on second attempt. The product was damage when the box was opened. Not the installers fault unless they dropped it on pickup. Received notification. from BB requesting call back. I did and had to explain I didn't know why the call because all the messages said was call this number. Told them suspected it pertained to base delivery and install. Placed on hold and transferred. Had to provide BB identification. Still didn't know why I was contacting BB. The person find it and told me that request was forwarded to scheduling and I would here from them in 24 hours. Well the clock ticked past 24 hours and still no call.

They delivered and removed the old dryer quickly and neatly. The installer was very nice and he made sure we knew how to operate the dryer before he left.

It was very painful to get all scheduled but the worse part was the 3rd party who does installation, that company is the worse. But bestbuy hats off to you.

The installation kit is a must have for the dryer it was packaged and sent out without any problems

We purchased a clothes dryer from Best Buy. On the appointed delivery date, the delivery men said that they could not install the dryer because we did not have the right type of electrical socket. No one had previously said anything about this, even though our existing clothes dryer and the one before that had been happily plugged into the existing socket for thirty years. The delivery men fiddled with the power cord from the existing dryer to try to attach it to the new one, but after much time and fiddling they said they couldn't do it. I subsequently bought a new socket and installed it myself. We called Best Buy for a new installation appointment, which was a couple of days later. This crew determined that the first crew, in the course of its fiddling, had damaged the electrical connections on the new dryer, which meant that this second crew couldn't install it either. We got a call from someone at Best Buy promising that I would get an email the next day with yet another installation appointment. No email came. The following evening I called Best Buy and after navigating two phone trees I got someone who said yet another installation crew would be out two days later. No crew came. That evening I called again, and got yet another appointment for a crew to come three days after that. They did come and successfully installed a new (undamaged) dryer. But we also needed to have the door of the dryer reversed so that it would open in the direction of the washing machine next it. The crew refused to do that, on grounds that the first crew already had done a door reversal on the machine that they damaged and was now hauled away. Of course, that damage was not our own fault, and neither was the fact that the first crew had wasted their time with a door reversal on a machine that, because of the damage they themselves caused, became unusable. All this was happening even though when we bought the dryer we paid an additional $199.99 for "TotalTech" support, which we were ever only likely to use to get our old dryer hauled away and the new one delivered with the door reversed. But now I will have to do the door reversal myself.

Delivery guys were fast and courteous and they were happy to educate me on how to use the machine, but my washer arrived with dings to the front of it! They encouraged to to file a claim. I’m satisfied with the delivery guys but not the shipping method because my $1500 appliance set arrived with dings.

I bought the washer and dryer for my mom, and the delivery guys did an awesome job of setting up both and making sure that they worked before leaving her. Thanks so very much.
