Dryer works great, just as you would want are expect. Only negative comment has to do with the timer sound. It is much lower than my previous dryer but now I set an alarm to let me know when my clothes are ready.

Amazing!! So professional and so fast!! Great tips on how to use the dryer -they hauled away the old one and it all took only 20 minutes!!!!!

I was a bit concerned that the installer would have difficulty squeezing my new dryer into its space in my laundry room. However, the installer had no problem getting the old one out and the new one in. The width of the space eliminated all but a couple of dryer models, as the others would have been too wide. The installer even found that one of the parts I purchased wasn't necessary for installation, so he took it back and processed the refund for me. Overall, a great experience.

We bought a new washer and dryer from Best Buy. The guys that took out the old set and installed the new set were very professional and took great care while moving the machines through our home. They took their time to make sure the new set was balanced just right and gave us some helpful tips as well. I highly recommend using the Best Buy team for delivery and install of your larger appliances. They really know what they're doing!

This was undoubtedly the absolute BEST delivery and install of any appliance I've ever had. The guys showed up on time, removed the old dryer, installed the new one, showed me how to work it, and cleaned up after themselves. Couldnt asks for a better experience.

The installation was done very well and the crew was great ONCE they showed up. They were running behind and didn't call with updates so it wasn't the 'perfect' service I'm used to getting from Best Buy. Still, it was adequate and I recommend them.

We all need the installation of our appliances. This was quick. I had everything prepped which I recommend. Then the deliverers can concentrate on a good installation. When it comes "free" with the appliance purchase, it's good except for the extras you have to purchase.

I got the Samsung flex dryer which didn't work earlier than I had to call best buy 100 times and Samsung as well to exchange even though it was on warranty but still they gave hard time. Have to be very careful if you move in new home and so many things going on same time just carefully checked if your appliances have been installed good and working properly. Love the Samsung flex dryer though.... Installer guys at 1time were messed up but 2nd time was good.

Brandon and Mario who were the installers were excellent. They removed our old dryer and hauled it away. They also took great care in bringing our new washer and dryer in to the house. They installed the new dryer and even modified the connection for the dryer so that it fit better into the laundry closet which enabled us to put our doors back on in stead of the curtain we had been using.

Had a new washer/dryer LG set delivered and installed on a 2nd floor. Arrived on time, they were fast, neat and very professional.
