It was so nice to have free delivery and installation as an option for buying a washer and dryer in combination when local companies were going to charge so much for it.

The technician install the dryer with in minutes and cleaned up after himself

The actual install went great. The technicians were respectful and professional. The reason for the fair review is that I was “no showed” with no call, twice for the install/delivery. Best Buy decided to no longer give you the option to talk to local stores via phone anymore, but instead a call center. These people had no follow through, and didn’t deliver on what they said they would do. I ended up going into the store and talking to the manager, who made it right, and got me my install the next morning following my second no show. If you are in a jam, like we were and need the appliance right away, you may want to have a friend with a truck help you haul it and install yourself.

Again, the Instll team work swiftly and effiecently. They took care not to distrub my home and took time to explain what and why they were doing. Highly recommend them.

The first team sent out by Best Buy did not know how to install the dryer in a tight space. Also, they were not very polite or professional about their failing. Best Buy sent out another team that installed it successfully. They were excellent in every way.

The delivery and install was good. Pro tip: Make sure to measure the opening for correct size and to buy the correct power cord and vent supplies for the dryer unit.

Delivery and bringing the home Great. Installation and set up sub-par. The dryer vent came off the second time I used it! Then I noticed they did not use the clamp to prevent the 220 power line from being pulled out. They did not hook up the steam line either.
