The install team did just the bear minim expected. They didn't offer to cut the exhaust vent to accomdate the space available, but rather left the machine with the full 8 foot of vent with the result the machine was in the a middle of the utility room blocking the interest. I had to spend a lot of time cutting the vent down and reinstalling the machine.

when getting the dryer installed, keep in mind they will run a 30 minute cycle before leaving. They used my old dryer vent hose which help save me some money.

Quick and easy; however, I wish Best Buy sold the retractable dryer cord. My dryer sticks out a little from the space

At first we couldnt figure out why it didnt want to work but apparently theres a reset button that my husband found and its been working since.

The dryer was installed on time and without issue. The install was nice and prompt. I would use the service again.

The installers were delivering and setting up a replacement for a defective dryer. From the start they appeared to be in a hurry to get in and out. I was observing the hook up of the electrical cord and saw they were doing it incorrectly. I had to explain to them how to properly tie in the 4 prong cord. They also did not do a good job of leveling the unit, even after I asked the to come back to stop the unit from wobbling. They stopped the wobbling but the unit was never leveled. It seemed their only interest was to get in and out quickly.

Professional and courteous staff. They brought in machine and hooked it up making sure it ran properly.

Installer called ahead of scheduled time (was actually early) and was very efficient and professional.
