Quick and efficient installation. Dryer worked perfectly.

Removed old clothes dryer and installed new dryer. Installers came in their promised time window. Removed old dryer hooked up power supply and used mr existing vent duct. Checked that machine worked and they were done in about 15 minutes. Answered questions

The installers did a wonderful job of installing our Electrolux steam dryer

My step son who is over 18 was left in charge of being home for the delivery and setup of our new dryer. Needless to say I was a little nervous, but when I arrived home I was totally amazed that everything was set up and done as promised!!! They did an outstanding job!! Not only did they uninstall and move my old dryer to the exact spot I requested they then installed my new dryer perfectly. I couldn't of asked for better service!!!!

The install, fairly simple for an electric dryer, was lacking in service. The installer said he couldn't install the hose for the steam because they use stainless steel hoses and our washer and previous dryer had a rubber hose and he wouldn't hook up the hose because we didn't buy a new washer, although we found later that he left the stainless steel hoses out in the garage. We already had the recommended rigid vent tubing installed in the wall and he said he could use that vs the new one in the box, which was ok with us, but he didn't actually hook it up to the dryer and just pushed the dryer into the space. He told us he was done and left. My husband found the hoses the installer left laying in the garage and changed the rubber hoses out. When we turned the dryer on he found that the vent tubing had not been connected and the machine had not been leveled. Except for bringing the dryer into the house, my husband actually did all of the installation. Even the install charge was only $25, should we really be charged for it???? The dryer itself is awesome!

The installers came on schedule and did a professional job of installing the dryer. Because of problems with removal of old hoses from the inlet taps, the steam unit could not be installed.

Delivery service brought everything to install the Samsung Dryer. Only had to point out the location.

The installation crew had the dryer connected quickly and ran a test run to be sure it was operating properly. Then they went over operating instructions. And they DIDN’T BANG UP ANY DOORS OR WALLS.
