The two men who installed the dryer were excellent. They were careful of my home, measured the stairs at every point and were professional at all times. They were effeicient and knew exactly how to install the vent and dryer. I could not be happeir with the gentelmen who installed the dryer.

Mr. Guy did a great job of extending the vent to complete the installation.

The installation of my electric dryer was quick and went faster than I expected. The gentleman offered to remove my gas dryer even though I hadn't paid the fee to do so.

As summary description indicates, I'm overweight and lazy. The last thing I want to do is spend time installing new appliances, and then trying to figure out where I messed up. You other heavy boys know what I mean....install a new washer/dryer, or pay a bit and have the option to take a nap. Yep, the latter is the only option. These installers are so good, quick, and efficient. Everything they did was fast, and works perfectly. Back for my afternoon nap now, thank you Best Buy for the excellent service.

We purchased the LG - TrueSteam 7.4 Cu. Ft. 12-Cycle Electric Dryer and the installation package. The installer initially expressed some concerns about the vent being long enough to fit, but did make it all work with some stretching and some duct tape. If you have a longer than normal distance (4 to 5 ft) between dryer vent and the connection to the outside you might have a problem with the vent kit. The installation otherwise went fine and the dryer is working great.

I was hesitant about getting the professional install due to all the negative reviews online. The install was free with my purchase, so I let them do it. I can always fix it later. The install came out great. The two installers did a great job hooking up everything correctly. I guess it's luck of the draw on who you get.

After they actually showed up from the missed appt the week before they did a good job. Very professional and cleaned up the mess along the way. No leaks for the steam attachment. They however didn't get the dryer vent tight enough and it popped of the wall. So I had to re duct tape it. Not a big deal but only reason they didn't get 5 stars.

The installers showed up when they estimated they would. Installers were very courteous and professional. The installation went quickly and well. At the age of 74, I can no longer do this. So, aside from quality and value of product, I base my choice of retailers on whether they offer delivery, installation, and service after the sale. Best Buy meets that criteria. Other retailers do not.

Installers where on time, professional, and explained the operation of the dryer.

The installers were prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. They also had to remove my old dishwasher which was no easy task, but it was done quickly and without making a mess. I have wood floors in my kitchen and am always concerned with water and scuffing the floors, but none of that occurred with the installer. I would recommend purchasing any appliance from Best Buy.

Hooked up washer and dryer together. After hooking up washer the crew tried to tell me the dryer would not fit through our door, despite the fact it was the same measurement as the washer. They were ready to take it back to the store and said I would have to talk to the salesperson about finding a smaller one. Well, a little persuasion and ever so slightly giving a side panel a little push and it went through the door fine. Ended well, but could have been a pain if I accepted the first answer.

The dryer install went smoothly and everything works just fine. The installers were on time and efficient.

If I could rate the first set of drivers I would give them a ONE star. But the second team totally redeemed the FEEBLE non-existent work ethics of the first by far, so I'll give the second team a 5 star. Purchased a new Oven/Dryer along with and install and haul away of the old units, all to be done at the SAME time on the SAME day. On the day of the delivery/Install/Haul away the first drivers/installers dropped off the Oven/Dryer then said they didn't know about any install/haul away and drove off, leaving the oven/dryer in the garage. Fuming I went to Best Buy the next day and fortunately spoke with a manager named Jackie. Thank goodness she was on the ball, professional and actually cared to follow through with my plight. She immediately set up a new appointment and later followed through with me for an earlier install/haul away. This was much appreciated, since I made sure to have someone there on the day planned for the initial install/haul away of the oven/dryer. Now to the new team that actually did the hard work of hauling the oven upstairs and install the oven/dryer. One was named Jamal and unfortunately I didn't get the other ones name. Both were very hard workers. Did a really good job, cleaned up after themselves. I hope they get some credit for this good review. I noticed their efforts and wanted to thank them.
