I am very impressed with this large capacity ventless dryer. I had read countless reviews on several different ventless dryers and was worried that it wouldn't meet our needs. Pleasantly Surprised! The large capacity is perfect and the sensor lets you know when to clean the filter approx. every 5 loads. It drys very well and only large loads of towels take longer as they do in vented dryers. I highly recommend Whirlpool and BestBuy.

Everything was done well and on time as scheduled.

The two delivery men were very professional and very careful. They put the dryer and washer exactly where I wanted them, made sure they were level and even showed me how to use them. I highly recommend using this delivery service. They even hauled away all the trash and old washer and dryer. Thank you

Had to installation for this product. Best Buy are the best installers around. They are Courteous and knowledgeable. My questions was welcomed and was gladly answered. I was also shown how to operate and tips on using the product. Cleanup was great. Not a piece of material was left behind. Thank you Best Buy for hiring such great staff.

I was a little disappointed that they did not switch the dryer door to hinge on the left as I requested. But, looking at the manual, it is a complicated process because of the sophisticated door on this dryer. I suppose they are not allotted the time for that. I'll do it myself eventually. But otherwise the install was great.

The installation of my electric dryer was quick and went faster than I expected. The gentleman offered to remove my gas dryer even though I hadn't paid the fee to do so.

am commending the second group who really made me grateful for best buy. Was so disappointed with those who delivered and set it up so carelessly and the way they want and not even listened to my suggestions for a better functioning of the attachment. After telling them twice that it doesn't look good- they insisted that it's ok. i didn't say anything anymore until they left. I immediately called Best Buy support and so happy with Nicholas.. very professional and very accommodating. He resolved everything and set another time most convenient to me. These men who came were polite, respectful and explained whatever they installed. To my joy and satisfaction- i even treated them with light snacks and a tip for both of them. I know best Buy has always given me nice people who installed al my appliances. Thank you Best Buy..

The guys that came and delivered my washer and dryer were awesome. They were very professional and respectful. They gave me instructions on how to use the different settings. They informed me of what the self clean cycle does and how it works. Explained the steps needed to be taken if there is any issues with my product to use the purchased warranty.

the installers were nice and worked fast- though my laundry room is right next to the garage so they didn't really have far to go. They installed quickly and efficiently and asked me if i had any questions and had me check everything before they left to my satisfaction. thanks

Moved from New Orleans and bought this set. It has been a year now and I really like them. My son bought a set too.

This dryer was replacing a dryer that was damaged during a service call. After the guys installed it, I turned it on and then tried to open the door to see if it was warm. It would not open and the guy told me it opened on the other side. I said it was supposed to open to the left. He said I would need to call someone else. I said it needed to be like the original dryer that their guy broke. He said that they didn’t do that, so I said to take it back-I wasn’t accepting it. I was already inconvenienced. They ended up changing it and it took less than 10 minutes. It bugged me that I was told I would need to call for someone else to do it when it should have been correct to begin with and they should have changed it when I asked the first time.

The install, fairly simple for an electric dryer, was lacking in service. The installer said he couldn't install the hose for the steam because they use stainless steel hoses and our washer and previous dryer had a rubber hose and he wouldn't hook up the hose because we didn't buy a new washer, although we found later that he left the stainless steel hoses out in the garage. We already had the recommended rigid vent tubing installed in the wall and he said he could use that vs the new one in the box, which was ok with us, but he didn't actually hook it up to the dryer and just pushed the dryer into the space. He told us he was done and left. My husband found the hoses the installer left laying in the garage and changed the rubber hoses out. When we turned the dryer on he found that the vent tubing had not been connected and the machine had not been leveled. Except for bringing the dryer into the house, my husband actually did all of the installation. Even the install charge was only $25, should we really be charged for it???? The dryer itself is awesome!

Best Buy delivery and installation team arrived right on schedule, if not a bit early. The team went right to work, carefully unloading and moving the dryer into the house without a scratch. Al told the whole process and removal of the old unit took about 15 minutes. Couldn't be happier with Best Buy!

The last dryer installation was the best one of three. The guys verified everything and because of that they discovered the installation before had a broken electrical connection inside de dryer. Great eye for details and attention to provide information.

Installer arrived on time and I received a courtesy call prior to arrival. The technician was polite and friendly and completed the installation process with no issues. Very satisfied with the work. Thanks
