We purchased our dryer and it works like a charm and the two gentlemen who delivered it were very professional and helpful. My hat is off to them.

The people who came to install my dryer were very professional and took good care of my home (the dryer is way in the back so they had a lot of doors to go through!). They reused my old vent but it seems to be going okay so far

I don't recall the guys name who installed our dryer. But he was very cordial. He verified a time - asked permission to come early than scheduled (of course!!) and maintained communication. He asked if we had removed dryer and we told him we would do so if he would make sure to get things done right the first time.. HE DID. We are satisfied with the install and probably will use them again

Can’t say enough about the installers and the Best Buy appliance staff at the Boynton Store. The dryer works great but I’m more excited about the customer centered service we received from both groups with a problem that was ours and not a Best Buy’s. Great job Best Buy.

The workers were fast and efficient. Had the machine operational within minutes.

We had some issues that prevented a flawless install. One of the water hoses was corroded, so they couldn’t install the steam line to the dryer. They improvised so it was connected. Once we had a plumber replace the valve, we hooked it up correctly. Our rigid dryer vent was very clogged. The installer waited and helped while I cleaned it out. I should’ve checked the piece going through the wall. It was also clogged, so I had to take it apart again to clean it, after the installers left. The clamps that I had on the vent were not holding. So he used the clamps from the new vent kit that we purchased, and taped it into place. The only bad thing, and it’s because of the rigid vent, is the dryer had to be installed further to the left than normal. I could probably take it apart and cut some off of the vent, but then it would probably be too short for the next dryer.

I’m sure the technicians are not perfect, but they did a perfect job in my home. From unloading and unpacking the dryer, to installing it and explaining the use and care of the equipment, they went the extra mile. More than a year later, everything is still running as it should!

Best Buy sent a great team, these appliances were not light and I have strange corners around the house. Getting it in place was not easy. I have fought with too many dryer vent hoses in my life and I now leave the sweating and frustration of the hose coming off just after you push the dryer into place up to the pros.

The guys that came out to install my dryer were on time. They were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. The dryer was installed seamlessly. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Our first dryer developed a grinding noise after several uses and BB went out of their way and replaced it promptly to avoid any inconveniences. Second dryer delivers on time and works perfectly with no issue thus far. This will be our 3rd Whirlpool and we hope it will last another 16 years. Keep up the good work BB! and remember this: Reputation will last a long time.

The install team from Best Buy did a great job on our new dryer in the basement. Hauled the old dryer up the stairs and leveled and tested the new. It's working great. Two muscle men and the supervisor did the job. The supervisor appeared to be very experienced. We were very impressed.

The two man Best Buy installation crew were just great. They arrived on time, moved our new washer and dryer to the top level of our home efficiently and carefully, and installed it with no problems. During the installation, they were patient with our questions and maintained a very positive attitude. They deserve a raise!!!

The dryer was perfectly installed and is working well.
