The people who came to install my dryer were very professional and took good care of my home (the dryer is way in the back so they had a lot of doors to go through!). They reused my old vent but it seems to be going okay so far

I’m sure the technicians are not perfect, but they did a perfect job in my home. From unloading and unpacking the dryer, to installing it and explaining the use and care of the equipment, they went the extra mile. More than a year later, everything is still running as it should!

Team of two installed new washer and dryer in about 30 minutes. Installed new hoses, steam attachment for dryer, and exhaust tube. Checked to make sure both were working and gave me a chance to ask any questions. They also removed the old units.

First two deliveries arrived damaged but replacements were immediately ordered. Third one was delivered without damage and has worked well since.

Pleasant and professional. Washer and dryer installation under a fixed folding table with approx. 1/4 " clearance. Did a good job.

Can’t say enough about the installers and the Best Buy appliance staff at the Boynton Store. The dryer works great but I’m more excited about the customer centered service we received from both groups with a problem that was ours and not a Best Buy’s. Great job Best Buy.

The instillation team were great. They moved in the products without any hesitation or damage to walls, since it was going upstairs. Very prepared and the install did not take any time to complete. Thank you for being so polite as well.

Very happy with the way the guys picked up my old dryer and installed the new one. They were very quick and efficient. Things went very smoothly. They knew what they were doing.

The install team from Best Buy did a great job on our new dryer in the basement. Hauled the old dryer up the stairs and leveled and tested the new. It's working great. Two muscle men and the supervisor did the job. The supervisor appeared to be very experienced. We were very impressed.

Best Buy sent a great team, these appliances were not light and I have strange corners around the house. Getting it in place was not easy. I have fought with too many dryer vent hoses in my life and I now leave the sweating and frustration of the hose coming off just after you push the dryer into place up to the pros.

I don't recall the guys name who installed our dryer. But he was very cordial. He verified a time - asked permission to come early than scheduled (of course!!) and maintained communication. He asked if we had removed dryer and we told him we would do so if he would make sure to get things done right the first time.. HE DID. We are satisfied with the install and probably will use them again

The guy install my Dryer and tested it in 30 minutes. It was amazing. He knew exactly what he was doing. It was install around 9am. I had clean clothes dried by 12noon.
