It work great with the Samsung dryer. Installation was easy!

The guy install my Dryer and tested it in 30 minutes. It was amazing. He knew exactly what he was doing. It was install around 9am. I had clean clothes dried by 12noon.

Very happy with the way the guys picked up my old dryer and installed the new one. They were very quick and efficient. Things went very smoothly. They knew what they were doing.

The team from the Geek Squad were amazing! They were respectful and courteous. When bringing the dryer into the house, they made sure they did not hit any walls. Took their time to ensure the appliance was installed correctly. They went above and beyond to ensure the installation went perfectly.

I am very happy with the great features of the GE Electric Dryer. Starting for the recognized GE Brand the auto dry sensor is an outstanding feature that represents great energy consumption savings and the time dedicated to verifying if the bed linen and clothes are dry. Another feature that I like is the upfront lint filter, very accessible and easy to clean. This dryer is the perfect combination to the GE model GTW465ASNWW Top Load Washer Machine with 4.5 cubic feet and great features like precise fill, deep clean, rinse among others.

The guys were wuick and professional. Would use them again! There’s no way I would have been able to get the dryer up the stairs myself!

We had some issues that prevented a flawless install. One of the water hoses was corroded, so they couldn’t install the steam line to the dryer. They improvised so it was connected. Once we had a plumber replace the valve, we hooked it up correctly. Our rigid dryer vent was very clogged. The installer waited and helped while I cleaned it out. I should’ve checked the piece going through the wall. It was also clogged, so I had to take it apart again to clean it, after the installers left. The clamps that I had on the vent were not holding. So he used the clamps from the new vent kit that we purchased, and taped it into place. The only bad thing, and it’s because of the rigid vent, is the dryer had to be installed further to the left than normal. I could probably take it apart and cut some off of the vent, but then it would probably be too short for the next dryer.

Best buy team were awesome. They confirmed the delivery date and window earlier in the week. On the day they called to confirm they were 30 minutes away. They were prompt, courteous and very neat. Brought the dryer in safely and installed quickly. Removed the old dryer with a minimum of fuss as well. Highly recommend!

The installers were courteous and professional. I wish they would have reversed the door on the dryer during the install. The laundry area has the water on the right side and the dryer vent on the left side of the room. They put the machines in that order, so both doors open toward each other.

The guys set up the vent tubing and the dryer and made sure to run a test cycle.

The installation was perfect as I was suggested all possibilities regarding my washer dryer as I was confused between electric or gas dryer.

This is the second time in a row that BestBuy installed my stacked washer and dryer set without properly attaching the dryer vent. First time was when we replaced the dryer, the second when we later replaced the washer. The second time I even called them back as they got into the truck and showed them that the vent wasn’t attached in the back. They “fixed it” and it looked like it was sealed. But after a load of laundry it was unattached again. I provided them with clamps (which they did not use) and the proper tape (which they did use). The two clamps I provided and the tape I provided are all gone. I didn’t notice they took my tape at the time. And assumed they used the clamp(s). Dryer now venting into our basement laundry room and I either have to deal with another half day of waiting for people to show up and probably do it wrong AGAIN, or I have to spend half a day going to HD to get the supplies needed and struggle to pull out the stacked set and do it myself so I know it is done right. The delivery install guys were very nice but that doesn’t help when they aren’t trained to do the job correctly and/or don’t care if it is done correctly. I’ve had very good experiences purchasing our laundry appliances from BB in past but this time around I am really unimpressed with end results.

The installation was good, but they did not stay to make sure that the dryer was working and I have had issues with the dryer and had to have it fixed after they left. Went without a dryer for three weeks due to the issue.

The installation team set up three appliances in one trip and there were no problems. They were polite, efficient, organized, and skilled. The team leader was skilled in explaining maintenance and cleaning of the new machine to extend its life. I wish all crews were as good as this pair of men working together.

The guys were efficient and careful. It was exactly what I expected from Best Buy. They also installed the washer and dryer on the pedestals which was a little tricky and not for the casual home owner to try. However, Electrolux does not mention in the "products needed" at purchase that the steam connection kit was needed at time of install. I had to go back to the store for that later and the Geek Squad guys had to come back and install it: no cost to me. I am pleased with the overall install.

The gentleman who hooked everything up offered a door switch so that we didnt have to hang on the door to load and was super friendly and professional
