This Electric Dryer install tool are so easy to use when installing Dryer. It the very best tool to use.

They were quick and efficient and very pleasant to talk with, they removed the faulty appliance and replaced it in a matter of minutes.

Had a new washer/dryer LG set delivered and installed on a 2nd floor. Arrived on time, they were fast, neat and very professional.

I'm going to take this down, just waiting on Dryer for the 11 time. Brought Dec 26th. This is the only way to get in touch with them. They were to come at 8:30am tlll 12pm?? Call tech support they told me same thing but said they have no way to get in touch with them. Hopefully someone will see this and reach out to me. Not their fault 4 major Appliances orders and delivery, mess messed up. So Many days waiting. Nice delivers. I had a women, Women power, with 2 gentlemen last week with washer. Please Lord!!!@

It was fine. They were actually early - which was nice. But they didn't seem to care that our venting was just smashed behind the dryer, so we had to fix that ourselves.

Delivery was quick and easy. Best Buy team arrived on time and installed everything without issues.

Delivered safe and sound to exact time. We had an issue with the electrical plug circuit. Upon completion of this product worked as expected.

I can’t say enough good things about the Geek Squad installers. They are so careful with the installation. They to time to swap the door and make sure things were level. Extremely friendly and courteous.

The guys that came were on time, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. They were in and out in no time. My old dryer was removed and the new installed with no issues. They leveled it and hooked it up with and made sure it ran properly. I was told to run it for 30 minutes to get the factory smell out and I was good to go. Very professional, yet friendly.

Easy to schedule, lots of reminders of date, time and how to be ready for the installation. Arrived right on time. Both installers wore face masks and gloves for Covid safety. Quick and efficient, but didn’t cut any corners. The most professional appliance installation we’ve experienced.

Don’t like the filter cleaning, love it dries the clothes very good

The installation went very smoothly. The installers were courteous and did not damage the unit nor any of my walls or floors. Set up took under 25 minutes, they really did know what they were doing. Cleaned up everything once they were finished and hauled away the trash.

The installation was quick and they seem to have done a good job. The time frame wasn't great since I didn't get the appropriate heads up that they said but it was fine.

The installers Robert and Zack were top notch. They had the old dryer on the truck and the new dryer installed in less than 15 minutes. Kudos for a job well done.

The delivery installation and removal of the existing dryer was done very quickly. The dryer works perfectly with no issues. I will use and recommend this service.

Both the washer & dryer work great. Delivery of both appliances went smooth. The dryer had 2 small dents from the clamp forklift from the warehouse. Some additional packing material is needed. I reported it to Best Buy and was sent a $40 gift card. Customer service was excellent!
