Great addition to my washing machine. Easy delivery and installation.

The installers Robert and Zack were top notch. They had the old dryer on the truck and the new dryer installed in less than 15 minutes. Kudos for a job well done.

I'm going to take this down, just waiting on Dryer for the 11 time. Brought Dec 26th. This is the only way to get in touch with them. They were to come at 8:30am tlll 12pm?? Call tech support they told me same thing but said they have no way to get in touch with them. Hopefully someone will see this and reach out to me. Not their fault 4 major Appliances orders and delivery, mess messed up. So Many days waiting. Nice delivers. I had a women, Women power, with 2 gentlemen last week with washer. Please Lord!!!@

The delivery installation and removal of the existing dryer was done very quickly. The dryer works perfectly with no issues. I will use and recommend this service.

Quite as well and great features. Many options fir drying. The auto option has been drying my cloth well. Only used it for a month

The installers were great. When they went to reverse the door to open in the other direction, they discovered that the screws holding the door on were stripped and the dryer would have to be switched out for another dryer. We appreciated being able to keep and use this dryer until another one could be delivered.

Easy to use, holds a lot of clothes. I have not had to run it multiple times to get everything dried.

The recent installation of our washer/dryer combo could not have been completed with less enthusiasm towards customer service. Granted, the busy holiday season surely made folks in every industry feel more stress than usual, but the service provided in this case has me questioning whether I want to be involved in an appliance purchase/install from Best Buy again. This review comes more than a month following my installation as I did not want to write out of frustration and to be as fair as possible. With the washer/dryer stackable units themselves, I am pleased. During the install, however, I informed the installers I had the stacking piece available to complete the install. I was told "we do not stack if it's not on the ticket". I explained I was told I needed to be sure to have the stackable system available when the installers arrived (that piece was not available at Best Buy at time of purchase) and that the team would take care of it. Long story short, the delivery team was not going to provide this service, period. Even though on page 1 of 2 under "Electric Washer/Dryer Delivery Installation" provided by Best Buy it states the installation service includes (bullet point two): "Stacking of a compatible dryer of the same brand using a new or compatible existing laundry stacking kit". Again, it was apparent this team/company was not going to provide this service regardless of what I said. Then, three weeks later when we hired folks stack our units, it was discovered the dryer vent installed had never been tightened at all to the dryer using the screws provided with the kit. We had a great experience with the sales team and the appliances themselves are working great - no complaints there. It is our suggestion, however, that future customers clearly understand and have in writing prior to your delivery what will/will not be done for you.

I can’t say enough good things about the Geek Squad installers. They are so careful with the installation. They to time to swap the door and make sure things were level. Extremely friendly and courteous.

Delivered safe and sound to exact time. We had an issue with the electrical plug circuit. Upon completion of this product worked as expected.

Dryer was installed fine and works but the Tech said they could not hookup the steam dry as this required washer to be next to the dryer. Disappointed as I live in an apartment and can't have dryer next to the washer.

The two installers made installation quickly and with care. They did not have a pick up order on old dryer but went out of their way to pick up later. Wife loves the new dryer too!

I purchased both washer and dryer. Both reviews are the same. Great equipment, price. I went to different stores, they all have about the same products and costs and offers. I decided to make the purchase at Best Buy because Albert the Best Buy sales employee helped answering all my questions. He is very professional, knew all answers and has patience with older women.
