The installers did a great job of hooking up the dryer and of course they had all the extra purchased items for installation.

No issues with install at all. Would recommend to a friend.

The installation was quick and they seem to have done a good job. The time frame wasn't great since I didn't get the appropriate heads up that they said but it was fine.

The installer was prepared with all the tools and items to complete the job. He was very friendly and had a good attitude. One of the items bundled with my purchase was a new dryer vent. Upon inspection, my installer noted that my old vent was in great condition. He asked me if I wanted to install the new vent or use the one already installed. I chose to return the new vent and save money. What I found important was that the installer was conscious enough to see that I did not need a new vent and allowed me to make the decision. He could have just installed it and tossed my old one in the garbage. Instead, he chose to allow me to add value and trust to my transaction. Smart and honest installer in my book and I recommend using this service.

Dryer was installed fine and works but the Tech said they could not hookup the steam dry as this required washer to be next to the dryer. Disappointed as I live in an apartment and can't have dryer next to the washer.

My electric dryer LG is amazing. I really like it. I press the artificial intelligence button al And it dries the clothes just as it should.

The installation went very smoothly. The installers were courteous and did not damage the unit nor any of my walls or floors. Set up took under 25 minutes, they really did know what they were doing. Cleaned up everything once they were finished and hauled away the trash.

I enjoy the professionalism that comes with the delivery crew for best buy. They were very quick and efficient in getting the install done, and they had no issue getting the dryers up and down my basement steps.

Everything went smoothly. Delivered on time within the window they gave me. The workers delivered and installed it without issue and took great care when unloading and unpacking it from the truck.
