I recently had an electric dryer installed in my home and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. The installation technician arrived on time and was very professional throughout the entire process. They were knowledgeable and efficient, ensuring that the dryer was installed safely and correctly. The technician also took the time to explain the features of the new dryer and how to use them. The whole experience was stress-free and seamless, and I'm extremely pleased with the end result. The installers are very quick, polite and efficient. They were careful with the installation (no damage to walls, floors or wood trim). They balance the dryer and provided me with all the paperwork and a good demonstration. After completing the job, they removed all the boxes and unwanted debris.

We love this dryer, but we have had some issues with the sensor cutting the dry time short and indicating a blockage. We have cleaned out the entire vent line and our house is only two years old, so there is no blockage. We think the issue is that our dryer vent leads up and out the rooftop instead of out through the side of the house? We have even went onto the rooftop and can feel the air pushing out-no blockage. We have done everything we can, but it still cuts dry time short and indicates a blockage. I have to repeat a few cycles to get things completely dry.

Purchased the Samsung Electric Dryer 11/19/21 it worked great, so far its doing what it supposed to do, my only disappointment is I have to Purchased all the connections.

Delivery guys were awesome, call me and I wasn't ready, so pushed me back a little bit later in the day. Did a great job, even took a door off its hinges for me to get it in. Steam functions not working on my dryer, don't know if they hooked up to steam kit? They were super nice though!

The install was quick, easy and everything fit perfect. The installers knew exactly what they were doing. The only reason for not getting a full five stars, was due to the fact they damaged the product prior to install.

This installation was pretty much a failure. The tube that expels excess water from the dryer was not connected properly to the drain tube, so water shot all over the floor in the laundry closet. Flooded into the hallway and stained the carpet. Wasn't sure what the source was originally and had them come back. They looked things over and claimed it was the washer, and I needed a new one. Subsequently I watched the set closely during a wash and dry cycle and discovered the culprit. I retrieved the dryer's owners manual and figured out how to fix it. Unfortunately the installer took away a part I needed to fix. Messed around at Home Depot trying to find a part that would work. Couldn't. I went to Amazon and after a couple of tries I ordered the right sized part (a connecting tube elbow). Anyway after a lot of time and hassle I fixed it myself.

The people who installed this was very fast. 2 guys placed it while the other once attached the connections. They were done in about 10 minutes from unloading to loading the old one.

The installer was great. We were kept informed of timing, etc. A part was missing on the first visit, so we had to schedule a second visit to finish the job. Inconvenience minimized by good communication.

The installers set up the dryer and vent quickly and did a quality job. They made sure everything was level and tested it for vibrations or shimmies. Dryer works well and the installing team was quick, courteous, professional, and well-trained. They knew what they were doing and they installed everything well.

My install people were awesome. They called the day before to give me a few hour window, then called me the day of giving me a 30 minute window. They did a wonderful install with no issues and were cool with my dog. They showed me how to use the washer and dryer and made sure I was happy with everything before they left.

The dryer was installed without problems and has worked flawlessly. The area around the dryer was left very neat and orderly.

Installation was quick and efficient. Getting to the laundry room was a little tight, but they made it without scuffing up the paint. Installers ran the washer and dryer through a short cycle before leaving to be sure everything was working correctly

The dryer works great but the installers left grease and did not properly walk me through the process.

The guys did a great job with the installation but could not hook up the connection for the steam function on the dryer. It needs a part to connect to water which we did not know prior to purchase.

The installers were so professional. Quick, professional and careful.
