Home delivery and installation was excellent. I wish I was explained what the different options in the dryer are for, especially steam related options. I was surprised with how little time was spent to do everything with quality!

The installation crew was punctual, quick and careful on the installation. They took very good care of both the dryer and my hallways as they brought the machine in, and they made sure everything was clean and working before they left. Very good experience with this crew.

My wife and I just moved into a new house. We bought a new clothes dryer from Best But and arranged for them to deliver and install it. The installers did an excellent job. They arrived within the projected time frame, with the ordered installation kit, and hooked the machine up. Quickly, cleanly, and correctly. No fuss, no muss.

The guys were patient and professional. My new lg had the door that drops and swings. The door had to have the direction changed, and it’s not for the faint of hear. The delivery guys just rolled with it took their time and never let it show.

It took 4 tries, but the last dryer install has everything working right.

Best Buy's Geek Squad installers are very professional. They were very careful when installing our dryer (no scratches or breaks). They also made sure everything was working correctly, and they took the time to answer all of my questions; they even demonstrated how some of the features on my dryer worked.

The installers were very professional and quick! My laundry room is on the second floor of my house-up narrow stairs!! There were no complaints from the installers about the stairs and they made sure everything was hooked up, operating properly and that I knew how to use both the washer and dryer. They were very friendly and courteous!
