Excellent Quality and easy to use. Lots of different to get the job you want done. Very efficient on energy , also very quiet. This is just what I was looking for in today's market. Very Happy with my LG product.

Dryer seems very loud when operating. The top has a slant that prevents using the top to stack folded dry clothes. They will slip off and fall on the floor if you are not careful. Dryer dries fine.

Amazing job. Super nice. they made sure everything was working before they left. they were super nice, and explained everything to me, which as a female, I appreciated.

The install Very quick. If the area is clear and nothing is in the way everything should be easy

It was installed well and the guys gave instructions regarding things to do before drying clothes for the first time. My door to the laundry just wasn't put back successfully when they were done.

We had the guys from Best Buy to do the installation for us and they did a great job. They called us 30 minutes before they arrived, took out our old dryer, hooked up the new dryer, made sure everything was working, and had the job completed within a matter of minutes. No complaints.

The technicians that came to the house were great. They carried my washer and dryer to the third floor and installed both quickly and clean. Im happy with sevice.

Both workers were in and out. Everything set up and done professionally. They respected everyone in the house including the cat that demanded worship from them.

It took 4 tries, but the last dryer install has everything working right.

The guys called ahead and were there 10 mins later. They had the unit out of the box and ready to go. They came in and took out the old and minutes later had the new one hooked up and running its first test run. They were gone within 30 minutes doing both washer and dryer.

excellent install of the washer and dryer as well as the needed accessories for we ordered. LG is an excellent brand when it comes to washer and dryers. we are extremely satisfied with this product.

No functional problems but the dryer's adjustable feet had been deformed. Adjustments were made and the machine is operating well. New feet have been ordered.
