Alan and assistant were simply spectacular! They were really professional at removing the old washer and dryer and efficiently installed the new machines despite space challenges, all without any marks or scratches at all!

Guys were nice and had everything done quick and easy.

Our first installation was done by a second hand company and not done right. We then called Best Buy and they sent the geek squad (or the experts) and it was fixed very quickly. The follow-up by Best Buy was excellent.

The crew called ahead to install a replacement for a damaged dryer. They were very professional, had all the necessary parts, and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

The dryer was missing a nut. The installers were looking at it for a while outside my house. Got a phone call from customer service, "What's going on there?!" I was taken off-guard by the abrupt question. I had no clue, as the installers hadn't come to tell me. Customer service said she could barely understand them. After they dilly-dallyed a bunch with a lot of back and forth, my husband decided to just go pick up the nut from the hardware store (thank goodness he's handy!). We would have had to wait for the piece to be mailed to us if he hadn't, which would have been upsetting since I wanted to use the dryer that day. While he was gone the installers decided to quickly finish up and leave, seemingly so they could be done sooner and not have to install the dryer themselves. They rushed over the completion form with me; I wasn't even sure what I was looking at. When my husband got back he had to spend at least half an hour installing the dryer himself. When the nuts arrived in the mail weeks later, not a single one was the correct one! At least the washer was installed without a problem. The washer and dryer have both worked fine.

I needed a unit that could fit in a small space and this product is the perfect size. Very energy efficient and no vent to worry about as a fire hazard. Just had to get used to letting clothes sit for a few minutes to fully dry.

I really love how they installed both my washing and dryer they did it so fast and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this service for anyone out there it’s a must

I liked especially the extra care the installation guys took in clarifying the importance of checking from-time-to-time the dryer exhaust duct. The installation was well and quickly done, reflecting the team’s experience.

The same guys who connected our refrigerator connected our dryer. Again very pleasant and professional. explained what we needed to know.

Overall, my installation experience was good as my washer and dryer were installed well and work, but I wish they arrived during the actual arrival window as no on enjoys sitting in a house all day waiting for them.

Was well pleased with the Guys that delivered and installed our washer and Dyer. They were very knowledgeable and know what they doing. Would recommend them. If you buy anything from Best Buy of Johnson City and get it delivered or installed you want go wrong with these guys.

The two installers that came to my house were great and able to get the unit in without damage to dryer or my home.

Installers did a great job. They were a bit late based on window the installation center gave us but it was only an hour.

This guys were fast, knowledgeable and hilarious. The monotony of the of working from home has had it’s toll. These guys worked promptly and put a smile on my face while installing the dryer. They also gave me thirty minutes notice before arriving.

Installers were not familiar enough with ventless dryers. It took the fix-it geek squad to get it working properly by not having the drain hose pushed so far down the drain. Using the u-shaped plastic piece that comes with the dryer to prevent crimping, it also prevents the hose from being pushed too far down the drain. Also, joe referred me to the one page in the dryer manual that tells how large a load is to be put in for various cycles..important . joe was excellent in all ways. Will definitely use Best Buy again, as we have over the years. Their service is 2nd to none.

The installers that came out were very professional and courteous with all of their work. They were respectful of our doorways, property, and wishes for placement. I'd do it again to save me the hassle of trying to drag a large object through the garage into the house. Thanks guys.
