Delivery guys were awesome, call me and I wasn't ready, so pushed me back a little bit later in the day. Did a great job, even took a door off its hinges for me to get it in. Steam functions not working on my dryer, don't know if they hooked up to steam kit? They were super nice though!

The installer was great. We were kept informed of timing, etc. A part was missing on the first visit, so we had to schedule a second visit to finish the job. Inconvenience minimized by good communication.

The dryer was missing a nut. The installers were looking at it for a while outside my house. Got a phone call from customer service, "What's going on there?!" I was taken off-guard by the abrupt question. I had no clue, as the installers hadn't come to tell me. Customer service said she could barely understand them. After they dilly-dallyed a bunch with a lot of back and forth, my husband decided to just go pick up the nut from the hardware store (thank goodness he's handy!). We would have had to wait for the piece to be mailed to us if he hadn't, which would have been upsetting since I wanted to use the dryer that day. While he was gone the installers decided to quickly finish up and leave, seemingly so they could be done sooner and not have to install the dryer themselves. They rushed over the completion form with me; I wasn't even sure what I was looking at. When my husband got back he had to spend at least half an hour installing the dryer himself. When the nuts arrived in the mail weeks later, not a single one was the correct one! At least the washer was installed without a problem. The washer and dryer have both worked fine.

The install was quick, easy and everything fit perfect. The installers knew exactly what they were doing. The only reason for not getting a full five stars, was due to the fact they damaged the product prior to install.

The Geek Squad didnt connect my steam function on my dryer because the supplied components from the manufacturer arent sufficient. I dont understand whats in the installation kit then. Also the Geek Squad told me it costs a hundred dollars to swap the door so its opens from the opposite side. They told me it was four screws and i literally had to disassemble the door to change the hinges. Also in the process broke the tabs of the plastic covers which are impossible to get out.

The installers set up the dryer and vent quickly and did a quality job. They made sure everything was level and tested it for vibrations or shimmies. Dryer works well and the installing team was quick, courteous, professional, and well-trained. They knew what they were doing and they installed everything well.

Geek squad is doing a fantastic job. In my opinion. They came out three different times for three different jobs and we’re perfect every time.

Alan and assistant were simply spectacular! They were really professional at removing the old washer and dryer and efficiently installed the new machines despite space challenges, all without any marks or scratches at all!

The installers were perfectionists, professional and took their time to do the job exactly right on both machines...the washer and the dryer. As always, I would do it all over again - the purchases and the service - with Best Buy! Thank you so very much for your continued excellence!

Installers was professional and competent. They completed the service required with no issues or concerns. They removed the old and installed the new dryer.

Installers did a great job. They were a bit late based on window the installation center gave us but it was only an hour.
