The two young men who installed my two new laundry appliances were very courteous and worked very quickly with the installation. They were very careful when removing my old appliances and gave me a quick guide as to the use of the appliances.

I had a team of 2 guys come out and deliver and install my new GE dryer. Martin and Ramon were exceptional, to say the least. The whole thing was so quick and they had excellent product knowledge. We ordered a washer and dryer set with professional installation. The team is professional, and gave us a call prior to arrival which saved us from having to wait 5 hours. They completed the installation quickly and tested everything before leaving.

Didn’t need some of the stuff I bought. And they left without leveling the machine. I turned on and it rattled and shook. They left so fast. My son fixed it.

I ordered a steam option for this and after installation I found out that it was not set up (after they left). They also would not put the dryer vent on.

Two men came to remove my old dryer and install the new one. They arrived at the 3rd hour in their 4 hour window, and seemed to be in a rush to get it in and go. They recommended not using the exhaust that I ordered with the dryer, suggesting another method which involved leaving my existing "telescope" duct and snaking the new one onto it.... crazy. I asked them to do it the right way (which worked) and took only 3 minutes. They left in a flash, before I realized they had not hooked up the water hoses that are included for the steam features of the dryer. Guess they wanted to knock off early!

Washing machine installation went well but dryer was a different story. Crew called me during installation not knowing what to do since there wasn't a vent in the wall. I planned to use a indoor dry kit but they gave me/us a hard time and acted annoyed that this was the case. Essentially the same work on their end so confused why they would be annoyed. Wired machine and just left it in place. Thought they would have at least installed the dryer vent itself. Overall, a little unprofessional.

Not a whole not to complain about. They installed it with the stack kit (that we had to purchase for extra $$$) but they did it correctly and did a good job.

The dryer is wonderful, it is fast. It dries the close. I love all the cycles on it

The installation was great! The issue became the non-flexibility hose that came with the dryer didn’t fit in a small area. Should also have have included with installation tools the flexible hose to fit into any type of space.
