The technicians gave me a currency cal prior to arrival. They were on time and installed my washer and dryer without any issues. They answer all my questions and were approachable. I definitely recommend their services.

We purchased a washer and dryer from with installation from Best Buy, and the process could not have been easier. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable, and the service people were top notch. The installation went smoothly, and they cleaned up after themselves Very happy!

Very happy with LG washer and dryer. Ease of use and does great job. Only wish control panel was not gray and black, hard to read.

The guys who installed my set were really good. Didn’t even take them 5 minutes to install it. It took awhile to unload items from the truck but installation itself was quick. They even hauled away my old one. Again not more that 5 minutes and they were done

I think they did a good job, but I have reason to suspect that my original dryer wasn't installed quite correctly, I was hoping they'd give me some input on this, but they didn't.

A large window of time was set. There was no call to say hey we are on our way we will be there in so many minutes. Would have been nice for the heads up. We purchased a steam dryer but the steam dryer hose was not installed so we weren’t able to use that function. My husband didn’t notice but that was one of the first things I noticed when I got home. My husband called our Best Buy salesman and he said we needed to pick up the hose parts at the store and he would rescheduled them to come out and install correctly. The hose parts should have been with the dryer when delivered. That’s ok we needed to go back to return the exhaust duct they required us to buy but wouldn’t fit with our laundry room space. The dryer would block the door opening because it had to be pulled so far out to accommodate the exhaust duct. Second long window of wait for dryer to be installed correctly. No call to say hey we will be there in so many minutes. Hose parts installed and now my dryer works correctly. I tested the steam setting before the hose was installed to see if the steam setting would still run or give me an error that there was no water, the result the dryer ran without an error. Not our favorite installation experience. This review states Electric Dryer Installation Experience since that is what the email requested.

I could copy the same review that i just wrote for the washer installation! The guys who delivered them were great and did a fabulous job. It's so nice to be dealing with professionals who know what they are doing.

The gentleman who installed my washer and dryer (stacked) were incredibly fast and efficient. Everything worked and they did not even make any marks on the wall!

I was so pleased with my Samsung dryer installation. The delivery guys set it up extremely quickly, and there were no problems.

The installation team came on time, took around 15 min to install the item and gave me quick instructions before the leave. They didn't leave any packages or debris behind.

Technicians were fantastic! They installed our new dryer and provided us with basic instructions on using the machine.

We have had to have this dryer replaced 4 times in less than two months. Ridiculous! The first had a dent on delivery and the guys had already put our old dryer in the truck, and said to try the new one and if there were issues they could replace it. The dent caused a part inside to rub against the side of the dryer, causing it to get hot and it was a fire hazard. Best Buy replaced it over a week later. The new one had an issue with the door, as did the next one they brought out. The last one they brought out as a replacement is okay other than a high pitched noise when it’s in use. Thank goodness we paid extra for Best Buy’s service plan! Everybody we have spoken with has been extremely helpful and friendly, although we were hung up on by one rep and he didn’t call back, but he sounded friendly and I am sure it was an accident. Besides that, the phone reps, service technicians and delivery people have all pretty much been friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend the Best Buy protection plan, but do not recommend this specific dryer!

Guys did an excellent job with the installation. Everything works ads expected and we’ve had no issues. Very professional crew that went above and beyond the call of duty.

My Best Buy technician was able to install my dryer in less than 30 minutes and ran the dryer several minutes to insure it operated properly. He also recommended my vent hoes leading out of the house be firmly attached to the incoming wall. Thanks!
