Very prompt and professional installation, definitely recommend

No functional problems but the dryer's adjustable feet had been deformed. Adjustments were made and the machine is operating well. New feet have been ordered.

We have had to have this dryer replaced 4 times in less than two months. Ridiculous! The first had a dent on delivery and the guys had already put our old dryer in the truck, and said to try the new one and if there were issues they could replace it. The dent caused a part inside to rub against the side of the dryer, causing it to get hot and it was a fire hazard. Best Buy replaced it over a week later. The new one had an issue with the door, as did the next one they brought out. The last one they brought out as a replacement is okay other than a high pitched noise when it’s in use. Thank goodness we paid extra for Best Buy’s service plan! Everybody we have spoken with has been extremely helpful and friendly, although we were hung up on by one rep and he didn’t call back, but he sounded friendly and I am sure it was an accident. Besides that, the phone reps, service technicians and delivery people have all pretty much been friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend the Best Buy protection plan, but do not recommend this specific dryer!

I have no qualms regarding the free installation offered by Best Buy through their GeekSquad. The two installers that came and delivered my new washer and dryer were prompt, efficient, professional, and good at their job. My one issue is how they had to install my dryer and vent. They had to use a series of right angle pieces that pushed my dryer out from the wall about 6-8". They noted that this was a requirement from Best Buy and they could not simply run the dryer vent straight out to the exhaust vent in my wall. I redid the exhaust vent and ran a straight piece from the dryer to the vent in the wall to allow my dryer to be flush with my washer.

The techs that came to the house to install our dryer were outstanding. They removed the old one from the pedestal and it in the garage. Then they reinstalled the new unit. They did it in a timely manner and were very polite and full of good information and recommendations.

The geek squad guys were awesome. They were fast and friendly and made sure I was happy with the placement and everything before they left. 10/10 would recommend

Quick installation. Very professional crew. Just wish they would have swapped out the dryer door so it could open on the correct side according to where they placed it.

The installation was very clean. The guys were very friendly and everything was installed professionally. They even showed us how to operate.

've been using this mini dryer for several months and still very happy with it.It's easy to use and has several settings so I'm able to use it for different types of clothing materials. I vent it through a window but the big filter at the rear of the machine seems good enough to prevent lint from accumulating indoors. The key is to not over stuff it, to keep it clean, and to clear the lint traps and change the filter per the instructions.

My installation was setup for a Wednesday morning between 7 and 10. The installers called about 715 to notify me they would be arriving by 730. And they did. They had my old dryer out, and the new one in and tested before 8, which allowed me to get to work on time.

The Best Buy installers did a great job hooking up my dryer. They had it done in a matter of minutes. The door opening hinges had to be switched in order to open the way we wanted it to. The door can be opened from either the left or right side. Something to consider prior to installation.

Love my new dryer, salespeople were excellent in helping me choose the best for the value.
