I was concerned about a tight fit and installation in the existing space plus the power, water and other issue such as Steam drying and Cold water washing. The crew did a fantastic job and made everything work plus runnig a test in front of me and explaining the functions.

The guys were very professional. Had it installed in no time show me how to use everything very happy with the install.

The technicians that came to the house were great. They carried my washer and dryer to the third floor and installed both quickly and clean. Im happy with sevice.

The two young men who installed my two new laundry appliances were very courteous and worked very quickly with the installation. They were very careful when removing my old appliances and gave me a quick guide as to the use of the appliances.

Love the dryer - not so happy with the install. Watch your installer and make sure all new parts are used. They put the old stopped up dryer hose back on even after I made sure they planed to replace it. I had to purchase another dryer hose after the left with the new part.

Didn’t need some of the stuff I bought. And they left without leveling the machine. I turned on and it rattled and shook. They left so fast. My son fixed it.

I'm disabled and they installed my dryer for me! Even taking the time to show me how it worked!

We ordered a washer and dryer set with professional installation. The team is professional, and gave us a call prior to arrival which saved us from having to wait 5 hours. They completed the installation quickly and tested everything before leaving.

Seemed very disorganized, they were polite enough. I don't like that the doors bang together and they didn't mention I could swap the doors, that could have been an upsell. Gave them an extra star for hauling it up my stairs

No functional problems but the dryer's adjustable feet had been deformed. Adjustments were made and the machine is operating well. New feet have been ordered.

these men were excellent, Thet did such a fine job and was very polite and knew what they were doing.

Sufficient for installing, the guys were nice, but really they seemed surprised about fitting in a closet even though I put that on the work order.

Installed by the BB TotalTechs. They did an excellent job. One person was inside unhooking old washer/dryer. The other was outside setting up new washer/dryer. The whole process went very quick.

Not a whole not to complain about. They installed it with the stack kit (that we had to purchase for extra $$$) but they did it correctly and did a good job.

Crew did a great job! Pulled out the old dryer and put in the new one in short order. Hooked up and checked out to our satisfaction. Thoughtful and friendly techs, and made sure we were happy!
