My dryer delivery installer was one of the nicest people I've met in a long time. Went over and above to help.

I drove three hours to oversee the install of the washer and dryer for my elderly mother (a surprise gift for her). The installers showed up on time and called me 30 minutes before their arrival. However, they told me that the plug my mom had for her dryer was a range plug. They did not want to "install" the dryer for us. They said it was a fire hazard and would void the warranty on the dryer. I called my uncle who works for Best Buy selling appliances. He said that was not true and we didn't need to have an electrician come and change out the plug per what the installers told me. I asked the installers to put the range cord on the new dryer so that my mom could use it. They told me I had to push the plug into the wall myself but did put the cord on the dryer for us. I googled the cord issue and found that it is only a fire hazard if you use a dryer cord on a range. And that most houses built before 1990 have a range plug for the dryer. So it really wasn't an issue after all. I was also disappointed that they left so quickly and didn't make sure the washer and dryer were the same height. My mom noticed this. They schedule the installers with 20 installs a day, no wonder they were in such a hurry. However, I was happy that I got to pick the install date to coincide with my visit. So giving this 3 stars for this reason.

The guys that delivered my washer and dryer were great. They delivered the day after Thanksgiving. They were quick and very friendly. I'm sure they had lots of deliveries left, but they still took the time to show me how everything worked.

Electric dryer install went great with no issues. It was the washer install that was a problem. Would recommend, but be sure to sit there and watch them do the install to make sure it goes correctly.

They installers did a good job with the installation, but didn't make the attempt to install the new dryer duct.

Installation was pretty quick. They were even an hour early. Had a little trouble understanding them as only one of them spoke English, but all in all it went well.

They did pretty good. Came it and installed it quickly. It’s a little shaky now but I may need to make adjustments. However when they left everything worked perfectly.

Best Buy sent a great expert over who was able to install both our washer and dryer within less than an hour. It’s been over a year and both products still work perfectly. The employee was nice and came on time.

A super quick and easy installation! Hooked up the new vent hose and plugged in the unit! Fit in place perfectly!

The gentlemen that installed our dryer did a fantastic job of installing our dryer on top of our pedestals that we already owned. They tested it out and gave me a quick tutorial too. Well worth the money we invested for the professional installation.

We have a very tiny house and the installers took no time at all to get everything to fit :)

Worth the fee to have it installed. Even if only that you don’t have to haul the appliances in and crawl around getting it all hooked up

The installation of my new appliances was great. The gentlemen who delivered and installed the washer and dryer were professional and explained how they work. The only problem was that the steam function for my dryer was not connected. The service tech said the set up package did not come with a hose for the dryer!! It's a Samsung machine and I bought the installation kid, I would think it would come with all of the needed parts. I can buy a hose on my own but I won't be able to pull out the dryer and hook it up!!

The overall delivery and installation of our dryer was do very professionally. They removed the old one and brought in.the new one. They connected they vent and water line in no time.

The install went as smooth as possible like most Best Buy installs. The installer, through no fault of his own, was unable to hook up the vent. I have a weird set-up, and he gave me the perfect advice on how to install the vent properly.

It was a quick and good installation. They arrived later then they promised but it was communicated.

They did a great job installing it and took all the packaging with them which is a plus because i didn't have to worry about that.

My Samsung dryer was installed on time, with great care not to scratch or ding it, and this team made sure it was running smoothly before they left. They know their stuff, and took almost no time from start to finish. I have been pleased for six weeks!

Installers were very friendly and sure knew what they were doing. Old dryer out new one installed in just a few minutes. Took longer to show me how the dryer worked than it did to set it up.
