Used to have a dust buster many years ago and stumbled on this Black and Decker one on my last visit to Best Buy. Ideal for small jobs when there is no need to fetch the heavy vacuum cleaner. Does the job. Highly recommend.

The technicians gave me a currency cal prior to arrival. They were on time and installed my washer and dryer without any issues. They answer all my questions and were approachable. I definitely recommend their services.

Love the dryer - not so happy with the install. Watch your installer and make sure all new parts are used. They put the old stopped up dryer hose back on even after I made sure they planed to replace it. I had to purchase another dryer hose after the left with the new part.

Wow! Very cool installation service where my stuff was installed for me!

Simple install. Took old down to the basement and hooked the new one up made sure it works.

Best Buy crew installed my dryer they did an awesome job cleaned up all their mess and took it with them.

Seemed very disorganized, they were polite enough. I don't like that the doors bang together and they didn't mention I could swap the doors, that could have been an upsell. Gave them an extra star for hauling it up my stairs

A large window of time was set. There was no call to say hey we are on our way we will be there in so many minutes. Would have been nice for the heads up. We purchased a steam dryer but the steam dryer hose was not installed so we weren’t able to use that function. My husband didn’t notice but that was one of the first things I noticed when I got home. My husband called our Best Buy salesman and he said we needed to pick up the hose parts at the store and he would rescheduled them to come out and install correctly. The hose parts should have been with the dryer when delivered. That’s ok we needed to go back to return the exhaust duct they required us to buy but wouldn’t fit with our laundry room space. The dryer would block the door opening because it had to be pulled so far out to accommodate the exhaust duct. Second long window of wait for dryer to be installed correctly. No call to say hey we will be there in so many minutes. Hose parts installed and now my dryer works correctly. I tested the steam setting before the hose was installed to see if the steam setting would still run or give me an error that there was no water, the result the dryer ran without an error. Not our favorite installation experience. This review states Electric Dryer Installation Experience since that is what the email requested.

Would definitely buy appliances from bestbuy again. The installations are basically free except for the hardwares that cost pennies and gas units have a small fee. Its cheaper than my plumbers or movers bringing the units into the house. They moved 2 washers and dryers from the garage to the 1st and second floor around these tight circular stairs with no damage. Best of all, I purchased whole house appliances 1.5 years ahead of time for a new construction and was able to schedule the installation 1.5 years after the purchase. 1 fridge 1 range, 2 washers, 2 dryers, 2 dishwashers.

I could copy the same review that i just wrote for the washer installation! The guys who delivered them were great and did a fabulous job. It's so nice to be dealing with professionals who know what they are doing.

Johnny was great setting up my W/D. He made sure everything was up and running and ready to use before he left. Super easy to set up a time for delivery and they communicated well when they found out they would be running late (which was only 15 mins). They were so great!
