great item works great for pet hair. Easy to use!!

The actual installation was quick and easy. However, the technicians were late and not very friendly or professional.

Pretty straight forward title,they came in a did the installation ever thing was free installation plus parts.they did a good job of bringing everything inside and put together.

Best Buy’s delivery service on my LG washer and dryer could not have gone smoother. Two gentlemen delivered the machines and they were friendly and professional, and made sure to not make one mark in My Home. They hooked up all of the components, which I purchased separately to ensure that everything was installed correctly.

I think they did a good job, but I have reason to suspect that my original dryer wasn't installed quite correctly, I was hoping they'd give me some input on this, but they didn't.

The guys who installed my set were really good. Didn’t even take them 5 minutes to install it. It took awhile to unload items from the truck but installation itself was quick. They even hauled away my old one. Again not more that 5 minutes and they were done

They dis a great job. They arrived on time and removed the old gas dryer and replaced it with the new electric one. Both were courteous and remained until I understood everything. They cleaned up after themselves.

Great job. They removed the old dryer. They placed the new dryer, connected everything and tested it. My laundry room is upstairs and they did a great job bringing the old one downstairs and taking the new one upstairs.

The 2 men that brought our dryer into our house were fast and efficient installing the cord and vent onto the machine. They tested it and it worked fine. No problems at all.

My Best Buy technician was able to install my dryer in less than 30 minutes and ran the dryer several minutes to insure it operated properly. He also recommended my vent hoes leading out of the house be firmly attached to the incoming wall. Thanks!

We purchased a washer and dryer from with installation from Best Buy, and the process could not have been easier. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable, and the service people were top notch. The installation went smoothly, and they cleaned up after themselves Very happy!

The first dryer was defective, but BestBuy replaced it in a short period of time. The 2nd one is working well.

I bought a brand new Maytag washer and dryer set from Best Buy. They delivered the appliances and installed my electric dryer. They did a great job with this and my units worked flawlessly. Highly recommend!

The installation went well. The guys actually arrived early. They even had to remove our refrigerator door in order to get through the doorway. Both guys were polite & seemed knowledgeable.

Delivery men installed my machine. They were very careful securing it to the pedestal and hooking it up. They made sure everything was in working order and patiently answered all my questions.
