I waited all day for them to arrive only to look online later, after calling the store and no one answered, and my delivery had been cancelled and that I needed to reschedule! Mad doesn’t even describe how angry I was! So I get in my car and go to store, ironically sitting next to a couple who did not get their delivery either! The manager looked up my order # and it had a pic of my apartment complex gate, and the driver stated there was no one home!!!!! And I needed to reschedule!!!! Seriously? I left the gate code in the info! #0394 so now I have been without a washer and dryer for 2 weeks! So they would want to get here tomorrow from 12-6! So far they have been very unprofessional!!!!!

Crew delivered on time and was professional, but the dryer vent hose got accidentally crushed when the tech pushed the dryer into place. I didn't realize it until my plumber noticed it while inspecting an unrelated issue. This would have heavily restricted air flow and eventually damaged the dryer if it hadn't been noticed, so I'm glad my plumber saw it. However, the Best Buy team promptly returned to replace the hose after customer service was notified. Now everything is running smoothly.

The installation tech was knowledgable and super fast! He had the new washer and dryer hooked up and ready to go in no time at all. Took a few minutes to give us a brief overview of our purchase. It was greatly appreciated.

I'm glad I had the someone else install and haul away my old machine. Both were super heavy and were in the basement. They did a good job and went by fast. - The one thing with the dryer I noticed AFTER the fact was when they installed the exhaust tube, they tore it. So there was a 4 inch cut on the side and it took me a few times running the machine to find out why there was dust all over. I wish they would have said something. I went out and bought a new one and then installed it myself.

We have a 102-year-old house and the laundry is in the basement. The installers actually removed the outer casing of the dryer and carried it through the doorway and down the stairs in pieces so that it would fit through the doorway.
