Overall nicely installed, but when i double check the leveling, its not quite on the center of the balancer. We will have to fix so it does ruin the washing cycle.

Love my LG dryer. Its very quite and easy to use. and it looks so good in my laundry room.

dryer installation was excellent - the guys removed my old dryer and hooked up my new dryer in less than 30 minutes and gave me great instructions.

The two gentlemen who came to do the installation were great! They were fast, polite, clean, and spent time instructing us about what they were doing. If I ever order another appliance again I hope they are the ones who come!

I was really impressed how quickly the team installed the device. Thought it would take a couple of hours. Complete install of both washer and dry, cables, hoses, filter, loading old washer and dry took less than an hour.

Miles and Ricco installed my washer and dryer very quickly. They were in and out in less than 15 minutes. This included carrying the washer and dryer to the second floor and taking away all the trash. Very courteous and professional

Installers were visibly exhausted when they arrived and had an overall labored attitude during the install. It sounds like the working conditions (long hours) make the end of day installations a physical challenge but I will give them credit for getting the job done including some improvisation needed due to the awful "standard" dryer vent connector that did not work well in my space. It sounds like this is a very frequent issue to which Best Buy has not provided a great solution. Installer attitude: 3/5 Installer skill: 5/5 Best Buy oversight: 2/5 Overall work: 4/5

Two installers, one was quite knowledgeable. On time. Friendly. First time installing a stacking kit on this brand, but did an accurate job. Cleaned up area afterward. Removed all packaging. So much easier letting professionals do these jobs. They have the right tools, muscle, experience, don’t get frustrated, etc., etc., etc.

Polite, tidy, and efficient installation of our new dyer. Also, helped me link the dryer to my phone so that I can get notifications.

Great guys. Went above what is necessary. Took a couple holders on out washer dryer closet to keep from scratching. E would not have noticed this.
