It has taken me.since May 2 to even get the process started even after talking with someone the day of the delivery. Today 5/19 I w a s able to talk to someone regarding the damaged washer. Hopefully i will get it soon.

The Installers were exceptionally neat, clean and efficient. Also, respectful of our home.

The installers actually removed the outer casing of the dryer and carried it through the doorway and down the stairs in pieces so that it would fit through the doorway.
