They guys did a great job getting it in. Runs perfectly. It took a long time as they are not used to putting it on the pedestals.

Overall nicely installed, but when i double check the leveling, its not quite on the center of the balancer. We will have to fix so it does ruin the washing cycle.

I wasnt able to be home when the men came for my installation but my husband said they were very professional quick and knowledgeable All Great Qualities...... Thank you Best buy for your amazing Employees i Love my Washer and Dryer that they set up for me.

This is a horrible item. I had to purchase it in order for Best Buy to install my dryer three months ago. Pretty stupid this is their only option. Come to find out, they didn’t change the reducer out with the one that came in the kit, so it has never fit correctly and has split. Also, this thing crushes very easily and has gotten too deformed to where it is unusable. Very unhappy I had to pay for this! Would appreciate a refund.

Installer arrived on time and completed the Install quickly and accurately.

The Dryer installation was done properly. They even replaced the old power supply cable with a new one.

I was really impressed how quickly the team installed the device. Thought it would take a couple of hours. Complete install of both washer and dry, cables, hoses, filter, loading old washer and dry took less than an hour.

The two gentlemen who came to do the installation were great! They were fast, polite, clean, and spent time instructing us about what they were doing. If I ever order another appliance again I hope they are the ones who come!

guys came out, kept everything clean and very efficient, kept me informed all the time. when dryer itself turned out to be faulty then they arranged an exchange with new one smoothly without any hassle.

The servicemen who arrived at my home to install the dryer were professional, courteous and eager to ensure I had a successful installation of my appliance. They also ensured that the dryer worked properly before leaving my home. Impressive!

Installers were polite, professional and prompt. They were careful not to damage any surrounding trim or doors. They were patient with a very tight fit and did a good cleanup job.

Glad someone else did this installation as I wouldnt have fancied cutting the heating vent pipe to size being that it’s a metal fitting pipe. All was completed quickly and tested to be working correctly.
