What can I say the guys show up on time during the time window, are very courteous brought it in the house without bump it against the doors they hook it up make sure it's working properly, do a fantastic job.

The first guys sent out were just ok, they were hard to communicate with. However the last set of guys that came were very efficient and friendly

What was needed for an easy and fast connection for my appliance

People who installed it took the expensive power plug I paid for and didn't use any of the installation kit that I bought with it. They just reused the old parts and totally failed to mention that the vent was clogged with lint which caused the new dryer to not work correctly. Only after following trouble shooting ideas off the internet did I find the problem and got a professional to clean the vent. The clog was easily visible when the vent was disconnected. The installers either didn't care or were just totally oblivious. Trying to talk to Best Buy about this was an exercise in frustration.

I don't care what you say, our installers were better than yours. So kind and genuine, timely, and helpful. The first time they came, our washer and dryer both had to be taken back to store due to damages. Obviously, delivery guys are not at fault, but they were apologetic and as helpful as they could be with situation. Three weeks later, I was so glad the same guys were sent out to deliver working washer/dryer.

Installers were on time and took all necessary precautions upon arrival. Very efficient installation -- went very smooth. Explained use of Dryer features prior to leaving.

Installation was well done safely and efficiently by two Geek Squad men. They were helpful and professional. Appreciate their demonstration of the new washer and dryer.

While the technicians called in advance, arrived on time and were very respectful of my home, they installed the door hinge on the wrong side. When they realized the mistake, they stated they did not have time to correct the problem, that I would need to call and set up another visit. Very unprofessional. I am still able to use the dryer, it's just awkward and inconvenient.

Installation service purchased for both washer and dryer. Well worth the money spent. My new washer and dryer worked perfectly from the first time I used them.

The delivery guys had this dryer installed and working in 10 minutes. Unit was in the basement of an older home.

Although the staff at the store was wonderful there was many errors in this order. First I was told the dryer would be on back order and i accepted that. So my first delivery was suppose to be a refrigerator and washer with hook ups and no washer received. Then the second delivery the washer and dryer came with no hook ups and was put in my garage which was never inspected and discovered a scratch on the washer. Washer and dryer sat in my garage close to a week and i decided to hire someone to hook it up since i was given a date soon enough and not much help when i called in. It was easier to go to the store and pick up the parts and have them at home. Once my installation was scheduled with someone else they didn't even have the correct hose that was given to me because of the steam button therefore I had to go buy another hose too. Makes me think how many people have had installation and didn't even know a different hose was needed and probably never had proper installation. Then Best buy scheduled a service call and after sitting on the phone for a half hour to cancel the service call i hung up. It took me to go to the store and have a manager cancel the service call since i paid out of pocket to beable to use what i bought. Your phonenumber you have us call is worthless and very poor scheduling.

They were. Ice but didn’t install the steam features for my dryer. Had to call back to get that done.

I cannot praise enough for the delivery and installation of my Laundry Center! They were very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable! They made sure It was working properly and I knew how to use it! Thumbs UP to BEST BUY!!!

The delivery people were very nice. I gave an alternate phone number, so they could call my husband for the actual delivery. They did not call him, instead they called my number and I am unable to take calls at work. Then the people who brought the dryer were very friendly. However, they did not use the dryer vent I purchased with the dryer. They told my husband the old one was fine and connected to it. Next, they did not have the dryer steam hose I purchased with the dryer. They said they knew nothing about connecting the steam hose. I went to the store to return the dryer vent and to get a steam hose. I now have the hose. I had to call to get the third party to reschedule a date and time for them to come back out to complete my dryer setup.

The installer was perfect, I was contacted to advise of arrival time, he was prompt, polite and efficient. He stayed as long as needed to make sure I knew how to operate the dryer and answered all my questions.
