Unlike my washer - the dryer was perfectly installed and very satisfied.

The install was for my son’s new appliance at their new place. At first the appointment was an all day appointment - turned into a slot appointment. When they did not arrive we called and was informed they were running a little late. 2 hours later still no one. Called again and told running late still. They arrived 7 hours later. We understand they run late but the issue was we had to keep calling for updates. The text we were supposed to get for updates DID NOT HAPPEN. On a good note the install guys were friendly and nice.

We had to have someone come out twice because they only brought one length of vent tubing which did not meet our needs. Not every laundry room situation is identical. This error required us to go and return the original item. Then find a store that had the length e needed, and then had to reschedule the installation. Simple solution: Come with longer tubing and it can be cut down. Too short and you are out of luck,

It was quick and easy to get it delivered and set up. They took the old one away.

I'm very happy with the efficiency, knowledge, professionalism, and speed in which my new washer and dryer were installed. Back in 2016 when I purchased a brand new Samsung washer and dryer from Home Depot, those delivery guys couldn't do anything but deliver. Today in 2023, Best Buy truly delivered and installed!

Installer did a great job. Fast and thorough. Asked to make sure we knew how to use all of the "bells and whistles" and was very professional.

We had great installation service and love my new dyer. Installers were on time within the window of time that was estimated. They explained how the dryer operates too.

It does exactly what it is supposed to do. No complaints.

Had a minor issue with our first installation but these guys were able to identify the problem and correct it very quickly. Now our dryer is working as intended and we couldn’t be happier.

Delivery and installation was quick, effective - our washer has been working well for 4 months :) - and done with great professionalism. We really appreciate the delivery and installation along with communication to help us feel confident such an important appliance will work the way it is designed. Side note - I also appreciate the delivery/installation preparation checklist. It's a good reminder of what is important to do to make it successful!

The installation team was very quick and efficient installing our dryer pedestal. They cleaned up the area and made sure everything was left as it was before they arrived.

The installer was perfect, I was contacted to advise of arrival time, he was prompt, polite and efficient. He stayed as long as needed to make sure I knew how to operate the dryer and answered all my questions.

I cannot praise enough for the delivery and installation of my Laundry Center! They were very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable! They made sure It was working properly and I knew how to use it! Thumbs UP to BEST BUY!!!
