Best Buy fell a little short on this purchase. When we purchased the dryer we asked the salesman if it vented through the bottom as we had our previous dryer on a custom built stand. He said yes it did so I thought that the delivery people would come with the necessary parts to make that happen. The company that came to do the install was very nice but didn't have what they needed to complete the job. They set a second appointment and that team couldn't complete it either. They said that a "site survey" should have been set by the salesman from the beginning so that the installers would know what was going to be needed. We purchased the dryer on July 10th and it took until August 10th to finally get the job done. The staff from the companies who came out were nice and friendly and I don't really blame them. The initial salesperson should have handled the job differently the moment I told him the dryer needed to vent from the bottom because of our lack of extra room in our laundry room. So....I am happy with the dryer now that they have finally completed the installation.

Outstanding installation. Both the matching LG Dryer and Washer were meticulously installed. The older appliances were removed carefully from home. Look into Best Buy's Total Tech coverage. It also includes technical assistance on any electrical home components and appliances incl.those bought elsewhere, plus, Auto and Truck stereo products.
