they got my dryer installed quickly and efficiently

Everything with the dryer set up went as planned. The dryer works great. AND, we didn't have to set it up or remove our old dryer. What could be better?

The, I assume squad, arrived at my house even earlier than I had expected, and within half n hour had the old machine out, and the new machine installed. Excellent work, and will go to again in the future.

I love this dryer! It’s easy to use and dries clothes in no time. I’ve never owned an LG dryer before and am very happy with my purchase. When my washer needed replacing a few months after purchasing the dryer, I bought an LG washer! Very happy with my choice!!!

The men that came to my home were professional and did the job in a timely matter. They even allowed me to clean behind the machines after they removed the old ones and before they installed the new ones.

Bought a new dryer and it's not something I could move or install by myself. The delivery was simple to schedule for that weekend which was important because my old dryer had died! The washer / dryer are in a small closet with bi-fold doors and the delivery people were willing to remove the doors if necessary, but they didn't have to. (When I bought the washing machine a few years ago, other stores said their people would not do that, which is yet another reason I chose Best Buy). The delivery guys were careful to make sure everything worked. Biggest surprise - they came in a rental truck, when I'd been watch out the window for something with a Best Buy logo on it.

Great guys, very prompt and professional. Made sure all was working properly and cleaned the area.

I love the fact that the dryer door opens 2 different ways for top loading or from the side. Again, multiple settings for different types of clothing. Very quiet running too. Highly recommend it.

Installer was diligent and thorough. He ran dryer through entire cycle to make sure it ran properly. He explained use of the controls.

I have had always great experience with all the Best Buy people. The geek squad was excellent when they installed my tv and the second group that came fir the other tv were great as well. Very professional. When they delivered the washer and dryer I had a problem. The delivery people were not Best Buy’s employees. The man was very unprofessional and rude. He did a lousy connection, I had to call a handyman to fix the problem.
