All went smoothly with the dryer. They connected it and it is working fine.

I have had always great experience with all the Best Buy people. The geek squad was excellent when they installed my tv and the second group that came fir the other tv were great as well. Very professional. When they delivered the washer and dryer I had a problem. The delivery people were not Best Buy’s employees. The man was very unprofessional and rude. He did a lousy connection, I had to call a handyman to fix the problem.

The dryer was installed quickly and carefully. I was given instructions on how to use it. They were in and out in 15 minutes.

The, I assume squad, arrived at my house even earlier than I had expected, and within half n hour had the old machine out, and the new machine installed. Excellent work, and will go to again in the future.

Had an amazing experience with my dryer installation Luis was the guy who helped. Made sure everything was correct and taught me how to use the dryer too. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Delivery/install team carried dryer up to second floor on a hot day, and removed the existing dryer. Couldn't ask for better experience with the dryer.

The men that came to my home were professional and did the job in a timely matter. They even allowed me to clean behind the machines after they removed the old ones and before they installed the new ones.

The 2 service guys who delivered our dryer were very efficient in the delivery and installation. They ensured dryer was working correctly before they departed.

Bought a new dryer and it's not something I could move or install by myself. The delivery was simple to schedule for that weekend which was important because my old dryer had died! The washer / dryer are in a small closet with bi-fold doors and the delivery people were willing to remove the doors if necessary, but they didn't have to. (When I bought the washing machine a few years ago, other stores said their people would not do that, which is yet another reason I chose Best Buy). The delivery guys were careful to make sure everything worked. Biggest surprise - they came in a rental truck, when I'd been watch out the window for something with a Best Buy logo on it.

Prompt and on time. Installation was done in no time and was done well. Its been a couple of weeks with no issues. Highly recommend.
