Mike and Joe did a great job installing my laundry center from BestBuy. Everything works great. After doing a few loads I’m convinced I made a great buy from Best Buy .

The delivery/installation techs called to let us know that they were on the way, which was very appreciated! They were courteous, and installed the large wash tower unit quickly and efficiently.

Company was not friendly at all (outsourced so this was not a reflection of BestBuy). They did not put the casters on the bottom of the pedestal so I can’t hardly move location and it is not level so my laundry center bounces all over during use.

When bringing Unit up the stairs many stairs treads were scraped leaving marks on my metal stair treads. Unit was not leveled. Dryer door will not stay open. Sorry not impressed with service. Also manual clearly states to use hard metal exhaust. System was installed with flexible tubing. Happy with Unit

This was a beautiful purchase very happy with it. It works well o issues and the color is great.

Of course I like the washer/ dryer that I purchased and was installed. I really appreciated the professionalism and service of Booker and Tyler who made the installation great! Their help and advice saved me time and money. For that I would definitely go to Best Buy and despite a wait for delivery, I would patiently wait if I knew professional staff were coming, like Booker and Tyler.

The guys knew how to hook up a washer and dryer, but they did not understand that an 8 foot dryer vent kit needs to be stretched. They placed my dryer in the center of the laundry room instead of the corner where I wanted it because they said my vent kit would only reach 4 feet. I told them it was an 8 foot kit, and asked them to move it. They said I was wrong and refused to move it. After they left, I stretched the vent kit myself, and moved the dryer to the correct location.

The techs were great! There were issues along the way & they explained everything and were quick to offer solutions.

Quick delivery. My only complaint is how unbalanced they left my machine. I had to fix it myself.

The crew who delivered our LG washer/dryer tower did an exceptional job. We purchased our condo and their was already a washer/dryer - little did we know the hot water outlet and cold water outlet were reversed. The delivery crew hooked up as they would normally but when we trialed the washer - hot was cold and vice versa. UGH They pulled out the unit (read very small space) and reconnected it as per our plumbing. Thanks Guys!

I had two horrible experiences with installation for my LG ThinQ washer and dryer. First people who came to install it damaged my walls and door while bringing the washer and dryer upstairs and then told me they dont have all the parts necessary to install my washer/dryer even though I purchased everything that BestBuy told me to. So they left my washer/dryer upstairs and left without doing anything and with my damaged walls. Second people to come in installed my washer/dryer incorrectly and didnt even wait to test the item like they were supposed to. After installing, they told me to run a cycle and left before even checking if it works or not. The washer doesnt even work because they didnt even install the water filter right. Nothing went well and now I have a non functioning washer/dryer tower.

Arrived, delivered, installed, and hauled away old set. Easy.
