A great product we have not had any problems with it!

The personnel who installed the laundry center was very knowledgeable and also very friendly.

Best Buy installed my washing machine, broke the back of it and cut the drain line. I ran it one time and it flooded my house. Best Buy sent me to the manufacturer. F minus, illegal and completely illegitimate

due to issues in the rental unit this unit was for the unit could not be installed until the issues were corrected - geek squad was very professional and helpful

The delivery was a week late, and when it finally happened the guys were in such a rush, they threw everything together, ran the washer so I could hear it was running, ran the dryer so I could hear it too. Then they left. After they left, I found that the machine wasn't balanced / level so I went to adjust the feet in the back of the machine and they are broken. I now have the back end of the unit sitting on plywood to level it out. (BTW, the purchase date is 5/31/21. When asked if Best Buy could share it on this review, the date they have listed is 6/11/21. That is not the date I bought and paid for the product).

Works exactly as advertised. Fits the machine as it is supposed to. Good product.

I love this D/W in one unit. It also has in smart system where you don’t have to back n forth to check if it’s finished or not. It’s very easy to download an app and there u are. Saves a lot of time, trust me on that!

The use was with the install so, i have no complaints

The installation was awful. The kids that brought the machine didnt have the right plug for the dryer so they couldn't install that. The hook up for the washer was down on the floor and the kids said that would be difficult because they would need to bend down. Upon further troubleshooting after they left without installing the dryer because they didnt have the cord they needed, I called Geek Squad and they saw that in store I was not sold the complete package that they are supposed to sell when you purchase installation packages. The person I spoke to at Geek Squad said the stores are supposed to have 2 fail safes so you can't purchase the installation package without purchasing everything they'll need but I was told they somehow didnt sell me everything the kids would need to install it. Overall the installation package is a complete waste. My husband had to go out and buy more parts to install the washer and dryer. Also with the washer install they used incorrect hoses that were 10 feet long when the hook ups were only about 2 feet from the machine itself and they didnt use the plastic piece that comes with to ensure the hose doesnt kink. I would not recommend getting the installation package, it is a complete waste of money.

Could not have had a better delivery and install experience. The guys called when they were 20 minutes away and then installed the washer and dryer without issue even though the store person left out a part.

The installation went well, but I had to wait 6 days for it to be performed. I had hoped/expected it to be done sooner.

On the 7th try finally just canceled the order and went to another company. Each time they came to install the unit a different issue was brought up. The problem was a different team of installers came each time. Each with limitations to what they could do. I was charged $250 to install a side vent then the next group couldn’t use it and used the back vent instead. Then I was told to order a longer dryer power votd (the wrong one first) and the next group wouldn’t attach it. Ugh. That’s when I canceled the order.

Great installation got it in and all hooked up quickly.

The installation was great. The driver/installers worked well together. The time was perfect. The window for delivery was 6 hours long. 7 am to 1 pm. The delivery came at 9 am the open time for use of dryerfreight elevator because driver knew freight elevator usage starts at 9 am. I was worried if delivery would come before freight elevator could be used but driver knew better.
