The Installation team was OUTSTANDING!! They were on time, communicating their eta. That handled every step of the delivery in such a seamless and efficient manner. I can’t say enough about how great they were e wry step of the delivery and installation process. Best Buy is luck to have this team of experts!

No problem…the geeks did it & I relaxed. Set up complete and they talked me through features & operating instructions.

The installer did not kniw how to install the machine. My husband had to help him. What we did not know was that shipping bolts we NOT removed before the installer left. My husband gave the installer the installation manual that came with the washer drier. It didn't seem to help. My husband had to figure out what wrong and then remove the bolts.

This was a HORRILBE experience, 1st attempt the item ordered was damaged, and the delivery men didn't tell me about it at all, it wasn't until it was in my house that I noticed the damage, they left me the damaged item, and told me they could not hook-up the vent properly either. 2nd attempt, I inspected the item before they brought it into my house, this one was more damaged than the 1st delivery, even the men that brought it didn't want to install it, they were embarrassed as to the condition of the item. 3rd attempt, finally this one is not damaged, and after explaining to the the delivery men of my prior issues, they made sure to get things done right including the installation of the side vent, however, the item doesn't look level, but it does work properly. Overall I had to wait about a month to get this washer/dryer combo installed, not a great experience. With even worse customer service, even the staff mentioned to me how poor the customer service was, this experience has me me question whether or not I will continue shopping at Best Buy for anything in the future.

The install team was fantastic! They had my old appliance hauled out and the new one put in place in no time. They were quick and efficient! I had purchased all of the needed installation accessories for the units, but one of the existing parts was in excellent shape so the installer let me know I could return it for money back.

Same team that installed the Refrigerator…same dynamic…in a hurry!!! Because one door handle was not allowing to take out the old laundry center they suggested me to leave the new one for me to install it later, when i had already paid in full for the installation and haul away…I took out the door in a minute and they finally installed it…

Installer was in a rush to get going to another delivery, I assume. He streatched dryer vent semi-ridgid pipe (junk) so much from one end that it was paper thin & all crinkled up. Sliced end to hook it to vent pipe that goes outside & poked hole in it. Showed us how to turn on the unit & no further instructions. I asked if he could stay long enough to make sure it worked & he said he couldn't do that. He hooked up steam kit at water lines that was sold to us only to discover this dryer wasn't steam capable. Maybe he should have made sure first. All in all... not impressed with installation.

Installed the washer and dryer right. Haven’t had any problems.

Tech was efficient and friendly. Worked fast and did a great job installing all the parts, with no issues or leaks! I could have done this myself, but he made it worth the extra cost to not have one more thing to do when a new purchase is delivered.
