they don't give you any time windows in the day and just send a text when they are on their way. Can't plan for anything else in that day. Very frustrating!

Same team that installed the Refrigerator…same dynamic…in a hurry!!! Because one door handle was not allowing to take out the old laundry center they suggested me to leave the new one for me to install it later, when i had already paid in full for the installation and haul away…I took out the door in a minute and they finally installed it…

They did good job and fast. Worked attentive and well.

The install guys were rushing the whole time and did not take the necessary care to install a $2,000 machine. The water to the old washer was shut off and they unhooked the old hose and drained them directly onto the floor! They made a huge mess and made me clean it up. They also were yanking and pulling the machines away without unplugging the power. Nearly ripped the outlet out of the wall. They were clearly in a rush, pressuring me to sign off on the install before they were done. They also forgot to install the drain hose on the washer and would have left if I had not told them to finish the install. Imagine if I was an elderly person, they would have flooded my house. Also, the best buy employee in the store told me it would be geek squad installing it, but it was not. It was some random 3rd party company and the guys spoke nearly no English. Unbelievably crappy install service. I know the install cost is relatively inexpensive when compared to the cost of the machine but it was: 1. Not even worth the $25 install cost and 2. Nearly ruined my entire experience with this purchase.

Took two trips to the apartment because first installation was done wrong and product no good because bolts and screws were falling out and machine wouldn't turn on. Had to have store take new one away and deliver and install another new one.

Everything came out good and simple to use. Really recommend!

We had the best installation team. They let us know when they were on their way, they were early, they were quick, and overall courteous. They also made sure we knew how to run it before leaving. It was a really hot day and they were still pleasant. Amazing service.

The delivery guys were wonderful - on time, quick, and did everything correctly and without a hitch. This was our 4th attempt to get the washer/dryer installed (first time they needed a part fixed, second time the washer was defective, third the washer didn't fit because they used a different size hose) and it finally worked.

On the 7th try finally just canceled the order and went to another company. Each time they came to install the unit a different issue was brought up. The problem was a different team of installers came each time. Each with limitations to what they could do. I was charged $250 to install a side vent then the next group couldn’t use it and used the back vent instead. Then I was told to order a longer dryer power votd (the wrong one first) and the next group wouldn’t attach it. Ugh. That’s when I canceled the order.

The delivery was spot on! Garret and Mark were prompt, professional, efficient, and friendly. They brought the appliances inside, set up, installed, and tested them. Well done!

Guys really knew what they were doing. They unstacked the old W/D and installed the new laundry tower in short order. Hauled away the old leaking washer too.

New laundry machine is apparently missing a bolt so it makes loud banging noises during the spin cycle. I need to replace per the techs, who were great.
