I’ve never bought appliances from Best Buy before. The team, Mike & Ken, arrived right on time. We’re very friendly & polite, and to my amazement, had installed my new washer, dryer in only 20 mins. Took away all boxes & debris. Stellar service

Easy, professional and prompt

The team was great -- on time, organized and ready to go. Friends had used a different service from another big company for the same kind of installation and they had a nightmare; where it took all day. With Best Buy, it was the exact opposite. really glad I chose them.

This was a flawless delivery & installation.

When faced with a small installation problem, they figured it out. Provided brief demo, and they were on their way.

Don't bother paying for installation.

However, when installing the washer/dryer unit, the installers spilled a lot of water from the hose and didn't bother to clean it up. A trim piece on the wall was removed before installing the hoses, they didn't put it back on. The unit was not leveled either. I believe that "installation" of an appliance includes leveling it. I wouldn't bother to pay for installation next time. I had to go back in, remove the unit, put back the trim piece, put back the unit and level it myself.

I had ordered the installation and haul away of the old unit at the time of purchase, but they simply dropped off the new unit in the middle of the hallway. The third time, I was told that I would need to hire a plumber to install the new unit, which cost me $750.

They worked diligently to ensure they didn't damage the appliance or anything else in my house. On top of that they were extremely friendly and respectful. 10 out of 10 stars!!
