guys installed the dryer super fast no problem....

There was poor communication and they did not even show up on two of the days that were scheduled. I had ordered the installation and haul away of the old unit at the time of purchase, but they simply dropped off the new unit in the middle of the hallway. The third time, I was told that I would need to hire a plumber to install the new unit, which cost me $750.

I have purchased 2 new laptops, one PC & one MacPro. A & a combo laundry center in the last 2 yrs with only a few minor hiccups. I continue to be impressed by BestBuy's staff, prices, selection, service & professionalism.

The delivery and installation crew complained already when they arrived to the building, they were very rude to my better half who was waiting for them with the elevator. I was on my way driving home when i got a phone call from the delivery guy threatening me that if i would not be home in 15 min he would leave and that he had a lot of other work to do. "Uhm you can start hello?" nothing was holding you back. I was home in 5 minutes btw. These guys made such a mess that it took us 3 hours afterwards to clean up their dirty greasy shoe prints on our floors and water and debris everywhere. We did our first load with our new washer and dryer to discover that it was needed 4 cycles to dry one wash of laundry. Since i am engineer myself i took a look at the back of the machine. And discovered that they didn't use duct tape additionally to the clamps to seal the gaps from the exhaust vent hose creating a lot of moisture in the room the washer dryer was installed. Might I remind everyone that in the installation manual of the machine it explicit is mentioned to use this aluminum tape to prevent a fire hazard. Thanks guys for jeopardizing my family's safety due to you lack of responsibility and craftsmanship. I also looked at the electric connection and figured out that they had wrongly wired the electric plug. In a 3 way wire setup instead of a 4 way wire setup. This is mandatory (building code) for every building built since 1996 with a 220v connection for the machine. I wired everything myself, bought new pipe and clamps, and aluminum tape. Because the installation guys ripped the pipe and created holes in them due to wrongful installation. Horrible experience I will never ever use the installation and delivery service of this company again. "Be Aware"

The install team could not have been better lead by Brandon and assisted by Mario, Kevin and Everette. A big team effort to get my laundry center in. Brandon did an amazing job and was super professional and informative. Fantastic experience all around!

The delivery team was very efficient and courteous. The installer was professional and explained different options of the appliances and suggested and showed me how to do routine maintenance. Very happy with the experience.

Professional installer and haul away of old machine.

Installation went smoothly. The team arrived within the time stipulated, the washer and dryer combo was not damaged, and the installation itself went without a hitch.

Installers came on time and installed out stacked washer and dryer. They were very friendly and efficient, and installed the unit in a tight space we had available.

the men who installed my laundry center did an amazing job. they had 3 flights of stairs to bring this very heavy appliance.they also removed 2 doors. they were so pleasant . i couldn't be happier.

Had a laundry center (single unit stacked washer/dryer) recently installed. The space allotted in my condo for it is minimal, making removal of the old unit and replacement with new unit a bit of a challenge. The Geek Squad handled everything gently and well, and I'm pleased with the service and my purchase.

Ordered with my LG WKEX200HBA Electric WashTower (with Best Buy installation). Great communication, arrived on time and the installers were very courteous, thorough and professional. Highly recommended and would use them again.

Disappointed the first person who came did not install properly. He did come back within an hour of letting him know there was a problem but it turns out there were more problems than we knew after the initial installation. After the third visit and a week after initially being delivered the tech on the final visit realized they vent tube had a faulty install because there was an empty soda cannon it! Best Buy needs to require techs confirm the appliances are working as intended before allowing them to leave.

The install team was quick, courtious and helped get the washer and drier set up and even briefly went over how to use it.

The installers did an excellent job. They were well equipped for the job and took lots of care with the install. They were also extra diligent to ensure there were no leaks and that everything worked correctly.

Installation experts always provided for any equipment installed. Always know the product.

The Geek Squad guys were great. Arrived on time and worked well to get the unit ready to install. It looks great in our very small laundry closet.

Five Delivery Attempts before I had a working machine. 1st attempt: Installation team was not comfortable with my valves. My plumber said the valves were fine. 2nd attempt: installation and delivery team forgot to bring the new washer/dryer. They refused to haul away my old washer/dryer even though it was a service I paid for and told me that the services can’t be split. 3rd attempt: New machine was delivered broken. The haul away appointment was set after the installation, now split into two separate dates by customer service and unable to combine. 4th attempt: New machine installed broken and installation team refused to take the broken machine always, providing false information. The haul away appointment still set after the installation. 5th attempt: Installed and working! The haul away still scheduled for after the installation. Hours and hours and hours spending on the phone with customer service to get my delivery right. Different information that conflicted each other provided. Confused at why the haul away and installation could not be during the same day. Took over a month to get a working washer and dryer. Disappointed at the lack of customer service assistance.
