Geek Squad has demonstrated lack of credibility and professionalism. After original installation and a follow-up service call, I hesitate to call on them again. First off, the shipping rod appears to have been removed prior to moving the machine from the delivery truck to my front door and then lugging the machine up a flight of stairs, instead of following the manufacturer's instructions to remove the rod when the machine is within 4 ft of its final location. This may have compromised the integrity of the machine and be the source of unusual vibratory noises. Aside from one small dent in the wall at the top of the stairs and several hand prints that I had to clean up, the machine was not properly leveled and the semi-rigid dryer vent hose was, on further investigation, mangled and not functional—I ended up replacing it with flexible hose myself. I'll be scheduling a service call to have the machine leveled and request return of the shipping rod which I'll need when I move the machine to my new home. Hoping for better service next time...

Outstanding delivery!!!! On time!!! Carried old unit out and new unit in rather than wheellng over new floors. Respectful of newly painted walls, In and out in 30 minutes!!!!

One great thing about Best Buy is that the installers are always professional, fast and test it out before they leave. Patient also and answer all questions!

The delivery man was great. But the product he had to install were crap. The lines kept leaking and we ended up having to buy more at Home Depot.

The installers left before the washing machine finished and there was a problem ( caused by them). It took 3 days for someone to come fix it so I was unable to do laundry which I need to do every other day.

Horrible service. Been a member for over 10 years and my experience was horrendous. I have purchased a pricey washer and dryer and used it for about a week and a half before it stopped working. Called Best Buy and they set me up with a new one (with an additional minor fee) and they have scheduled for the replacement two days later. I couldn’t go without doing my laundry more than a week (I have a large family); so I agreed to pay and just wanted to get it resolved asap! Two days later… the installers come with a “new” washer and dryer. Come to find out, they have damaged the new washer and dryer, and decided to move onto the next job. They said wait for the call from best buy. Do these guys not inspect items BEFORE they load the new appliances? Or did the “new” appliance get damaged while in transition? As of July 22nd, 2022 (four days have passed) I don’t have a replacement which I’ve already paid for, no phone calls from Best Buy for the replacement, This will probably be the last time I buy appliances from them.

My LG Washer/Dryer is the Best Appliance I've ever Purchased. It's Easy to use and my çlothing have never been cleàner. I highly recommend this appliance to anyone interested in the Best LG has to offer.

The two guys did the installation and removal of my old machine. They were identified as Best Buy and knowledgeable and friendly. In and out in no time. Very satisfied with all encounter from start to finish.

Guys seem to be a little more rushed and not as careful. Did place it but not inside.

This was a difficult installation up two flights of stairs in tight quarters, and the installers were terrific. They struggled but kept at it and got it done.

Showed up to install laundry stack unit. After removing old stacker the guy says he can't install my new one as he cant fit behind to connect. Stands around stalling and complaining to his coworker. I'm getting angry so tell him what if I open the rear door and then he does install but I have to remove the dryer vent and attach hose. I want half the install fee refunded. I shoulda installed it myself.
