Amazing job

We decided to try Best Buy, they confirmed delivery in less than a week. They were awesome.

Recommend installation

Setup my washer dryer and checked with me to make sure happy with installation before leaving. Ran both washer and dryer to make sure all good.

Bad experience

The team that came to pic up the unit was very lazy and unprofessional. He came and looked at the unit and went out and talked on the phone for more than 30 mins. Then I got a call from customer service that they cannot pic it up without any reason. One of them came back again and said that he needs more ppl to help him out and so on with so much attitude. Had a horrible experience with them.
