They never installed my washer dryer

They said they were only there to deliver the item. I had a bad experience trying to get my washer installed.

Whirlpool washer/dryer

Poor Quality Machine

If you leave the lid up too long all the water drains back out . During a spin cycle the front panel popped loose and I had to push it back on. The dryer lint collector is a joke. You can actually slice your finger on the metal while scooping out the lint . Also, the lint seems to migrate outside the filter onto the interior door of the dryer . I had to buy this particular model because it was the only one that would fit I would never recommend buying a washer dryer that is connected to each other because if one breaks you’re stuck with having to replace the whole thing.

Poor Service, not appliance

Best Buy has cancelled on me twice for installation and they never called to let me know. I had to call them. I have no idea if the appliance is any good so I cannot rate it. Very disappointed
