The guys that came out were awesome. They liked over all the components and made sure it was working properly.

My husband lives in Seattle. I live out of state. He purchased a stackable washer and dryer for his condo. He was clear with the sales agent that he was purchasing it that he was the point of contact and that his phone number should be used. Your company texted him to tell him his delivery was running late several times. When it came time to deliver they suggested they could not find our home (which is a huge condo building on a Main Street). Instead of calling him they called me. I was working and did not expect the call so didn't look for it. Of course they been contacting him all day. But when it came time to make a decision about delivery they only attempt to call me. Which I had nothing to do with. My husband is no more important then the next guy, but had great difficulty taking a morning off. Your second team had no trouble finding the building when I flew in to accept the delivery. I think the first team was running late and made up an excuse to cancel a delivery. We are incredibly disappointed.

Very efficient installment. They were on time and quickly installed the new washer/dryer combo.

The delivery company hired by Best Buy would not/could not install our GE washer dryer tower. They said they did not have the tools to do what we needed although a special request was made and acknowledged by Best Buy customer service on two occasions. Very disappointed with Best Buy customer service and installation. We live in downtown San Diego and most buildings require a similar installation and I have since found they have run into the same problem with Best Buy installers. Too bad because there is a lot of business down here.

The delivery people were nice and clean. No problem during installation. Will recommend.

They did a good clean job installing the unit in a tight space. The only thing they messed up on was not having a clamp for the hose.

Best Buy sold me a defective washtower and it took 7 weeks for them to exchange it.

Excellent service and very fast. They were accurate on their delivery time and were in and out in 30 mins.

Instillation was on time, they cleaned up when finished.

Appliance set up for Amana sude by side refrigerator was excellent. No issues.

3rd party install all they had to do was hook it up. If I had the parts I could do it myself

I have recently in the last 2 years have had a few installs completed by Best Buy and the installers were Chris and Steve they were very Prompt Friendly and educated

Installers were great. Professional and knowledgeable.

The people that came to my home were very polite and friendly. The installation took a very long time. Because of the length of time it took to install they did not test the unit before they left. The unit is non functional and I now have to bvb wait a month until a new unit is brought to replace the broken one.

Item was delivered and installed very efficiently. The installers were very neat and followed all COVID safety protocols.
