VERY poor quality

The installation took a very long time. Because of the length of time it took to install they did not test the unit before they left. The unit is non functional and I now have to bvb wait a month until a new unit is brought to replace the broken one.

Disabled man trapped in home due to install

The installers never called, several customer service people I spoke with said they tried to call dispatcher with no response, was told they would call me back in the morning, but never did. The wash tower is blocking the only access for the disabled homeowner and NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE. I have spoke with SEVERAL customer service people at this point only to tell me that they can reschedule the install. I was told that they rescheduled it for friday between 7am-1pm. Although it SAYS in my account it is rescheduled… the new customer care specialist assures me that it was NOT ACTUALLY SCHEDULED?! Now they can’t come out till NEXT WEEK?!

Got a third party installer, it was bad...

Left it in the middle of the kitchen due to an issue with them not having the right tool... told me they could come back in two weeks (what so I can walk around this massive wash unit everyday and squeeze past it to get to my room????) also had a fridge installed ... they lost a white button for the front door, shrugged and left. Awful.
