      The install team told my wife the water lines were frozen and we would need to have plumber out to disconnect our old unit. They also advised her we would need 10 foot water lines and 10 foot electrical line to be able to install the unit. When i got home i was easily able to turn off the water supply. I also used all of the 6 foot hoses and electrical line they brought with them. They only help the delivery team provided was carrying the unit up the stairs.

      HORRIBLE!! Wore dirty shoes into the house. Flooded my laundry room. Didn't connect the dryer vent. Didn't put the water discharge into the drain. Didn't turn on the hot water. Turned on the washer and left. Called the service line and they more or less told me sorry to hear did I need to log a claim for water damage. I said no I am dealing with it but clearly I paid for a service that didn't do it job and wanted a refund. A 15 min lecture on why that wasn't possible. I do not even think they put a new dryer vent on my dryer. So HORRIBLE. Called and no one even came back to resolve the issue. I had to crawl behind the washer to do it myself and tweaked my back. Had lower back pain for several days.
