Worst experience ever!

A technician came back and said the machine was faulty. A new machine was installed again incorrectly. I had to call an outside repair person to correct the vent problem. The 2 installers were incredibly rude. When I asked the second guy to wait to make sure the machine was working he told me he didn’t have time. He said he had to make other deliveries and if I had a problem I had 14 days to return it and walked out.

Delivery

We had to make arrangements to take a day off of work to accommodate their rescheduled delivery date and even thought they were knowledgeable about the product they had a pot odor about them
