      I bought the home installation kit and expected the installation to go smoothly. As of the time the installers are leaving, they had to remove my laundry door because the washer/dryer combo would not fit despite being the same size as my old one. The hose that connects the dryer to the wall is too thick to go through the side of the machine leaving it to go behind taking up 6 or so inches and is now sitting there with the door removed just so we can get in/out the home. They told us we have to return the part to best buy, get another one from home depot and reschedule to have the installation corrected.
